My niece was driving from Springfield to St. Louis and noticed her headlights wouldn't come on. I tried to call around in the nearest city to find someone who could help but everyone was either booked or closed! As sunset was approaching I encouraged her to stop in here and get the headlight bulb or fuse and replace it. Without hesitation, when she pulled up, the team members came immediately out to help her! Within just a few minutes, her headlights were working and she was on her way to St. Louis!! I'd like to say thank you to the team members who helped her and let you know that because of you, she will make it safely to St. Louis tonight rather than being on the side of the road with no headlights! Thanks so much!!!

I am so happy and greatful to have had such wonderful customers service! I had came in and had needed some help on information and direction on a part to buy and Blake was beyond helpful and in a great mood! Great job Orileys! I got my car fixed!

They go through employees pretty quickly, and as with any company that has this issue, some employees are great, and some not so much. A few of the employees desperately need hygiene classes. They do offer a discount for military, and already have some of the lowest prices.

Guys know what they are talking about. Able to quickly test for the issue, find a part at a good price, and offer good advice to help when I fix it.

Orileys customer care has gone out the window, my friend went in a two weeks ago to order a strut replacement for her vehicle, they told her it would be at the store within the next week and they would call us when it came in, that week goes by and we stop in to see if said part was there and they didn't even order it 🤬

Me and my friend were coming down from upstate and had gotten stuck for 14 hrs when we were able to finally get some help from a great employee named Thompson he helped us with all the tools we needed checked up on us through his whole shift while we worked in their parking lot and was able to fix our car we are thankful to Thompson and the staff for all the help to get us to where we need HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

I hate to have to leave a bad review, but I have a horrible taste in my mouth from my last visit recently. I was being helped by a gentleman named Blake and the entire time while being helped He had earbuds in and it felt like he wasn’t even listening to me, Even more so another coworker Thompson kindly reminded him That they don’t wear earbuds when there are customers around after hearing this Blake threatened to “ make him pick his teeth up off the floor” I frequent here often and it’s disappointing to see this happened to a wonderful establishment.

I used to come here often, but after some bad experiences I will be going elsewhere. It used to be a nice place with nice helpful staff that provided good customer service but now not so sure. Walked in the other day and I believe it was Thompson he was helping a customer and seemed to have an attitude the whole time but luckily another friendly worker helped me. As I’m being helped Thompson answered a phone call and was extremely rude on the phone as if he hates his job. Besides that I’ve walked in and have seen him being rude to his coworkers and bossing around then proceeds to just get on his phone. Hate to see a good store become bad because of poor customer service.

Took my dad's 2018 ram 2500 diesel to have the alternator tested because it was not charging the batteries. They told me the alternator was bad and sold me a $474 one without saying it may have been a $20 fuse that was bad instead of the alternator.

This used to be a great location. Now it's run by a bunch of idiots. Called to get a part. Told me they had it. Arrived and the person I had spoken with. (Josh) had no clue and they didn't have the part. Got it in the next day and again Josh acted like he had no clue. Stoned or stupid... Maybe both. I'll go elsewhere.

They mark everything up x10. Bought 1 coil for suv $34 at oreillys. Later ordered 8 coils new online for $32. Pratically Everything is priced the same way.

Drove 30 minutes to this location after calling to verify that they had my part. The assistant manager was the one who helped us upon arrival. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and it was a quick transaction. I would recommend this location and will continue to come here, even there there are closer locations to my house.

I ordered on line to pick up @the store. The email stated to pick up within an hour. However it was the next morning before they received the order in their system. The guys were very friendly and understanding. Always helpful

Walked in today and a young man needing a haircut greeted me and asked if he could help and he did. He was very knowledgeable, quick about getting my stuff, and got me checked out in no time. Super nice guy.

The gentleman who helped me was polite and very helpful. They had one filter I needed and ordered the other, which I got a few hours later. Highly recommend.

I sometimes worry about the people that work there. This last time I ordered a part it came in and i picked it up. It was the wrong part. So my friend/mechanic ended up making three trips from Northview to Marshfield to fix my car. When it's their fault they should have paid for the extra labor. Unfortunately, that's not how it works so it cost me more money for their mistake. This isn't the first time this has happened. If someone at Oriellys was held accountable maybe they would make sure it was the right part.

The manager was very helpful. He took the time to explain things to me, which I appreciated. He didn't try to make me feel dumb because I didn't know. That happens to women in parts stores alot.

These gentlemen are really nice, they really did try to put my light in for me, but they couldn't get in there with all the nasty stuff under the hood. He gave it a good shot though, thank you. Ended up going to the dealer, cost me $10 extra dollars for the part, and $20 for installation, bummer,!!!

Definitely my favorite O'Reilly's store! Seem to have less issues here then all the other O'Reilly's stores around. I highly recommend talking to Kim or James or Brian! they are my go to for all my auto needs and if their boss See's this post of mine or even the Corporate office y'all should be giving these 3 a pay raise or a big bonus definitely your best employees and you should do whatever you can to keep them there! 💯

Had the parts I needed in stock and were helpful and respectful. Only complaint was they didn't honor warranty on the "lifetime" brake pads that I previously purchased. "To worn-out".

Everyone there is super helpful. Had to get windshield wiper parts for my car, and the guy who helped me was super nice, helpful, and understanding. He showed me how to install windshield wiper blades so I wouldn't have to pay Walmarts outrageous $10 per blade fee, and also informed me they (Oreillys) will install them for you if you don't know how for free. Really nice people. 🙂

For the most part it's a good parts store but iv been in there when it's just kids working and after working on the truck all day I think they thought I was a homeless person or something and advised me to shop online. So I think they are a little judgementsl in there but hey it is Marshfield and we don't want anyone having a hard time at life hanging out. Sarcastic af is what that was . Iv been meaning to call corporate about it actually.

The employees here are kind and helpful. I have engine issues right now and they did the free engine reading and helped me get the parts I needed without a problem and even price matched rockauto to give me a better deal. I've been here before and I will go back again.

I prefer going to Marshfield over, Lebanon. It's just a little bit closer for me than Lebanon making it more convenient. The staff is amazing and Jason is awesome. Josh, the assistant manager, however, is absolutely awful. I have on more than one occasion received the wrong part from him only to return and easily get the correct part from Jason or other staff. He's rude not only to customers but employees as well. After today I will call ahead of time before I go. If Josh is there I will make the extra trip to O'Reilly in Lebanon or even go to Auto Zone in Marshfield. I am done dealing with his rudeness and incompetence. I hope someone eventually sees the harm he is doing to this business.

We were on our way to St.Louis to do a move for some folks when my co-worker Jered notice we had a tail light out on our 26-foot truck. We stopped at O'Reilly's to see if they had the spare part and realized that to the light, we were going to need more than just a bulb, we were going to need to wire a tail light assembly which neither I nor Jered had any experience with. Josh, the assistant manager, did not hesitate to come out and basically do all the work with tools that he provided. If he didn't help us the way he did we would either have had to drive all the way to St. Louis with no tail/brake light, or lose two hours driving back to our yard to exchange vehicles. Big thanks out to Josh!!!!! I hope they're paying him what he's worth! Awesome customer service.. so next time you're in Marshfield looking for an auto parts store and you see that other auto parts store directly across the street from O'Reilly's, just go to O'Reilly's, ask for Josh, and know you'll be taken good care of.
