So not helpful the fact that they said they wont have a truck back even though it would be about an hour before we made it to the area is insane ? they didn't even sound the least bit concerned to help definitely wouldve have given zero stars if I could have
Dan's Towing and Recovery knocked out out of the park. I'm in town for work and used my niece's car. Older car, but reliable. I drove from Carthage to Springfield. As I was getting to the Residence Inn in Springfield, the car started getting hotter than usual. I haven't needed to drive it, so I left it parked while I worked. Needed to get me and the car back to Carthage. AAA engaged Dan's. Barry showed up. We loaded the car up and he secured it. We talked the whole hour and whatever minutes. Great conversation and really engaging. Thank you Dan's for your service. Huge shout out to Barry. Something that would normally be a headache, he made painless and quite enjoyable.
Cross country trip from Dallas to Chicago, our Tahoe had catastrophic engine failure and turned into a brick while driving thru Marshfield. Lucky to have Dan and his team there to help! Was not easy to tow or flatbed a truck with all wheels locked and Dan figured it out and towed our truck and trailer to a local dealer to save the day! Friendly, helpful, amazing service! I hope you made it to that ballgame, Dan!!
Called AAA they said they were going to be here at 13:30 they called back saying they wouldn't answer their phones now having to wait for another company from ozark to come out to tow it
Dan attempted to perform a lockout in a few towns over but we had figured it out through the dealer application service for the vehicle. He was eager to help and get our issue resolved for less cost than expected.
I would definitely recommend. My Ram 1500 broke down on 44. He came out got my truck and even found out where to take it to a diesel mechanic. Really helped out in a very stressful situation. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
Tried to use this business through A.A.A . During mid summer my mother's van broke down she is in here 70's and on oxygen...triple a said they sent the request for tow over 2 hours later after waiting and getting my mother in a cool building ...I called dans towing they told me it would be 2 to 3 hours more, he only had 1 driver and supposedly never received the information from triple a... (we have never had a problem before using triple A)...and then told me to call another towing company or someone else if we couldn't wait any longer....the company that we called was there in 10 minutes did not take triple A.... but got mom and here van back home safely and quickly at an affordable rate under a 100$ (thank you Marshfield towing)...come to find out here starter went bad...but all in all will never use Dan's towing in Marshfield for lack of comunaction customers service and common curtaseay . Thank god that day she was in town and getting gas at Clark's the people there were vary kind .
TJ arrived very quickly. He loaded my car without damaging it in any way. He is a very careful driver. He unloaded it in my shop as it wouldn't run. I was concerned as my car sits lower than stock. TJ not only provides exceptional service but you will not find a nicer person anywhere.
