Usually I have great experiences with this company, but lately since they have been remodeling they have stopped paying attention and don't listen when you try to explain to them what you are bringing in. The last two times I came in I had over 50 lbs of CLEAN painted aluminum (every single screw and piece of metal taken off). Both times I got paid scrap aluminum price and when I went back in to ask about this i was shut down verbally and told to take it or leave it. This used to be my favorite scrap yard and I go out of my way 20 miles to come here, I used to wear their hats and shirts regularly just to give them more business, I used to tell my friends to go to Washington County recycling because they are the best around.. but as of lately their services have been comparable to Pyle-Em-Up in richwoods. Sorry Shelly but your company has really gone down hill. I Still never got my replacement hat that you promised me from a year ago either. Anyways Thanks for the past good experiences and please let me know when you start caring about your business again.

There really nice and my grandma js talked there ear off the whole time we were here they were quick to get us in and out it took them about 3mins to get us out and they were js so nice to us they are a family owned business and they make you feel welcome and I was happy they got us in and out!

Love going to this place! Love the owners and the workers, all are nice, friendly, and just great people. Won't do business with anyone else but them! Workers get you through quickly, and your in and out with no issues. Very highly recommend!

I absolutely love this family owned business, I am ALWAYS TREATED FAIRLY, AND GIVEN THE BEST PRICES ON MY SCRAP. Tim & Shelly ( the owners) are always hands on when I'm there, even if one of their employees takes care of me, I still see either one or both of them dealing w/ other customers. All in all another profitable day curttious of Washington County Scrap.
Always gives excellent service with a friendly group of workers I've never been disrespected or ever had anyone that works there or runs it be rude while talking to me and they are very fair with prices if you wanna buy something like a part for your your vehicle all around excellent establishment
