We went there to get new bulbs for my daughter's car..the girl that worked there was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way..very nice experience..

All staff very pleasant, but I got to deal with Ronny. He assisted me in finding the wiper blades I needed at the best price. Austin put them on for me. It didn't take but 5 minutes.

Went to see if they could check why my check engine light was on and when I pulled in the parking lot the lights were on. I pulled in a parking spot and decided to straighten out my parking job the work runs and turns out the lights and locked the doors on me. Just needing a quick plug in tell me the code and I'd be on my way. I called immediately and 1st guy didn't answer so I called one more time and guy said his name was Austin , the most unfriendly monotone non helpful customer service worker I've had experienced in some time. Would of taken no time to do and would have helped me tremendously in this 18 degree weather. Thanks for your customer service there guy.
Rocky Ronny was extremely helpful in assisting me with replacing my car battery. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and ready to drive.
Employee thought diesel took spark plugs??♂️ I tried to explain that they took glow plugs he didn’t understand and thought I was lying to him! Because I asked for glow plugs employed stated that there was no such thing! Then once I argued for a bit he finally did some typing on his computer and said I was correct! If you don’t know diesels take glow plugs not spark plugs should you even be working at a place like this!? Employee was a bigger gentleman had glasses
Both Josh and Josh (and everyone we interacted with at the store) provided incredible customer service both over the phone and in person and were wonderful to do business with! We had quite a situation with a warranty on our alternator, and they handled everything so efficiently and kindly- I can’t thank them enough! We drove 2 hours out of our way to specifically handle the situation with them as we experienced a not-so-great interaction at our local O’Reilly’s, and they made everything such a breeze! True customer service professionals! Thank you guys for being patient with us and making a stressful situation much easier!
Called for a simple question about used oil recycling. Immediately asked to be put on hold. Waited for over ten minutes, no answer back. Hung up after 11 minutes. I called another store and they immediately answered my question. Every time I go to this store, it just seems like they’re not motivated in helping you. All the while I know their competition has better prices anyway and have decided to no longer give them my business.
Hands down worst O’reillys i have been too. It’s as if they do their yearly inventory and are not thorough. Always says they have a part and can’t find it. Maybe one or two employees have knowledge on vehicles and are helpful. Parts get ordered and they dont show up or the order wasn't actually placed. This is why most of the people if warrenton go to autozone instead.
Purchased a battery at this location and installed immediately after. Car still wouldn't start so I'm thinking it's the starter or alternator. I took to my local mechanic and he informed it was a bad battery. Went back to O'Reilly and they told me they would replace the battery but wouldn't cover the $58 my mechanic charged me. O'Reilly said I should have brought the battery back first. If I was given a good battery i wouldn't have this problem to begin with. Why would I suspect I was sold a bad battery. Horrible customer service from O'Reilly. Last time I'll spend my money there.
one of our silly friends left the gas cap from our rented RV at some random gas stations in Utah. We we're able to buy one here so 10/10 they had what we needed so based and O'reillypilled I guess... new upgrade to the RV ? heck yeah brother????
The manager is the only one that is useful.
When I call or walk in and get the older male with white hair he complains he doesn't know what I am talking about and always hands it off to a manager. The young girl with brown hair is ready to start an argument at any point with anyone . I watched a customer explaining the part and get rudly corrected by her, then does the same to me, i also watched her tell customers where to park at since she has a special spot and cannot use the others that are available.
There is a gal that works here (short brunette with glasses) who is the reason we are driving so far for a different O'Reilly's. This little gal will argue with anything/anybody and cannot seem to find parts that we've ordered or proof that we've already paid for it. She's famous in our neighborhood for being difficult.
She's even butted in while we've been working with another employee, who's doing a perfectly fine job, seemingly for the sole purpose of making things difficult. The first couple times I thought maybe she was new, but after a couple more times I give up.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in for a part my son ordered. As I don't have my car part lingo down just yet, the gentleman behind the counter spoke to my son on speaker phone to ensure I was picking up the right part as the other gentleman behind the counter went to grab some last minute things my son added. Love the customer service (in world that is seriously lacking these days) with the quick and efficient knowledgeable staff. A+++++ guys!! ?????
First time here. Quick and easy to get in and out. Masks not required, as employees weren't wearing any. Only 2 employees were working around 430 pm on a Friday night.
