I have been here twice now. The first time was to get a new tire base on what one of the other local shops told me. Come to find out, the other shop didn't know how to balance a tire and had left all the old weights on. Warrenton Tire and Muffler advised me to let them rebalance the tires, which I did and they saved me from having to buy a new tire! The second visit was a couple weeks ago. My daughter had hit a curb and caused a lot of damage to her front end. The original estimate was $2250 because of the extensive labor required. Once Tony got into the job, he researched other ways to replace the parts to save on labor expenses. Afterwards, he called me and said he found a less expensive way and saved me over $500. If you're looking for an HONEST and COMPETENT shop. This is the place to go!!!!!
I was on a road trip from Colorado to Georgia. My Tacoma developed a shake on I70 in Kansas. I sopped in at a Walmart tire center and they said that they could get me in in two days. I chose to keep driving even though my truck was shaking. I kept calling shops and they were all quoting me a two day wait. I woke up on my second day of driving and called WT&M and they said that they operate on a first come first serve basis. I arrived about 30 minutes after they opened and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and they had a replacement TPMS sensor in stock to replace the one that had broken and started bouncing around in my tire. I want to thank everyone here for keeping my roadtrip on track.
Maybe I like tires too much, but this shop feels like home and I feel like family when I visit. Most of the time I'm coming in to have problems fixed, and they always do that for me. I've never left unhappy and I've gone there for many years.
The shop stands out when compared to the many chain tire stores and online sellers who seem to rely on advertisement and how many sales they can make in a day. Those places often appear to have a trainee lifting a car for his first time. Warrenton Tire & Muffler is there with real people who are still there when you come the next time. Sometimes I've had to wait as they took care of others ahead, but they serve our community and take everyone's needs to heart.
My cars and tires are important to me because they keep my family safe, I enjoy them, and they are a big investment. Andy (others too) is there to talk all aspects of tires with me and provide both detailed technical information and share his experiences with the various products.
Once, I even got to walk through their storage area and smell all of those fresh tires. :-)
Had a tire issue that I thought I might have to replace but they were honest and with a simple fix, got me back out quickly and cheap. Recommended to any expedite van driver that may need it. ??
they were amazing. We had an emergency tire problem and they were able to fix it within an hour and get us back on the road. Literally could not recommend them enough. Everyone was so nice and helpful and it was just a great experience overall.

Had an emergency on a trip from Kansas to Virginia, had a blow out and a flat on my trailer. The guys at Warrenton stay after hours to mount and balance 5 brand new tires for my trailer. They were super fast and efficient we were back on the road in less that 30 min. I am super grateful for their help and generosity to work after hours!!! Would recommend to anyone who needs tires and is around Warrenton.
Need better help answering phones and taking messages had Apt at 1 showed up at 127 with my oil after calling telling them I would get it since not normal type. Then no one passed message by time I got there waste!
REAL EXPERIENCED specialists, and NOT just for tires. They have mechanics that are great at troubleshooting issues and resolving them. I've used them many times over the years. I tried the others but i keep coming back here.
I am so grateful for the Warrenton Tire & Muffler team! I was on a road trip and it was snowing and my tire pressure light came on. I thankfully found Warrenton Tire & Muffler off the highway and was able to get there! They were so kind, asked what the problem was, and told me they’d take a look at it for me. Within 30 minutes they had taken my car in, found the problem, and fixed it! They were so fast and so kind and didn’t try to take advantage and charge me for anything other than the issue. I was so grateful for them squeezing me in and quickly taking care of my car so I could get back on the road! They also have the cutest pup in the shop who kept me smiling the whole time! Had a tire go out on me yesterday in warrenton. About 2 pm called them and they had a set of tires in stock that would work. Had me set with new tires within an hour and pricing was great. Great company.
Had a flat tire and went in to have it replaced and they did not tighten my lug nuts. I noticed my car was driving weird and making strange sounds immediately after leaving warrenton tire and muffler, so I didn’t drive my car around for a few days because I figured something was wrong with it, I had someone check it out and realized my tire was completely loose.
Ordered tires online FROM ANOTHER COMPANY & they got lost in the mail as I was about to drive on vacation for 12 hours with my kids, I called warrenton tire and they had tires for me the next day and had them on in a hour! Great family owned business! Highly recommend.
The entire experience from start to finish was enjoyable. Went in for 4 new tires in the morning, wanted a tire not in stock, they ordered and within 5 minutes of delivery they were installing them. Within an hour the install was complete and I was on my way, all before closing that same day. Wanted to add how friendly and helpful everyone that works there is. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.
I cannot speak highly enough about this top-notch company and the services These folks provide,Mark the service advisor absolutely jumped all over my situation, which was a blown tractor tire at my farm and one of their fantastic technicians (Victor)went there yesterday at the heat of the day and repaired my rear tractor tire!!!! This happened Sunday evening and I called them Monday and they had it fully repaired and back going by Tuesday afternoon that is absolutely amazing not to mention They’re amazing pricing on mobile repair. Wow what an amazing crew!!!!
First come first serve on tire work. I timed it just right. What a pleasant experience. Warrenton Tire & Muffler really helped me out of a bind created by the mistake of another shop. The office staff was friendly and I felt like this was a family owned business. Also, witnessing employee interaction with customers, I got the vibe that they are invested in and respected by the community. They’ll have my repeat business for sure. I called them on the phone and told them I had nail in my tire. They told me to bring my car up. Without appointment. They got me in and out!! Definitely would recommend and very reasonable!! I will continue bringing my car to them.
I didn't have anything serious just a nail in the tire. I stopped into Warrenton Tire & Muffler and they took care of me right away. Patched up my tire and I was back on the road in no time. Friendly and fast service. Great job and big thanks!
I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this amazing shop yet. I’ve been taking all of my cars here since moving to Warrenton in 2013.
This includes Porsche, Volvo, Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Infiniti, Lexus, Ford, Chevy, and Subaru. Both new and old and they always do a fantastic job with All Season tires, Winter Tires, balancing, TPMS and keeps us informed if a wheel is bent or can’t be balanced properly.
Highly recommended and they are always within a few dollars of the all in price out the door compared to lower quality stores and even some online sources.
Awesome guys, they where very nice and friendly. I was grateful they had my tires, in fact they had 4 of them, I'm going back for 2 more, I can definitely get along with honest people like that. Called about replacing a tire on my car they gave me a price. It was considerably higher than I could get the tire for somewhere else online I asked how much to just bring a brand new tire in and have them mount and balance it and their answer was we have plenty to do And will not let you buy your new tire somewhere else
Update, there was no misunderstanding I was told “ we have plenty to do to let someone bring in their own tire. “ sorry I’m looking to save a few bucks. So if you buy tires from them that are more expensive then you’re a priority customer. If you’re there to spend money but just on mount and balance then you’re a secondary customer. Good to know
We blew out a tire on our boat trailer on the way to the Ozarks from St. Louis and this place was about a mile from where we were. We gave them a call and they had what we needed in stock and were able to change all four tires and get us back on the road in less than an hour. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!
We blew a tire on the way home to Kansas from Ohio and they got us in and back on the road within an hour! Their tires were at a really good price. Everyone was friendly and we are so thankful for them!
I was there last week and found out they have been in business over 90 years. If you've been in business that long you're doing something right. They worked on my exhaust and after they were finished I asked them to look at my tire because I took it to a big chain store in town and they wouldn't repair it but tried to charge me $450 for a new tire. They also fixed my tire on the spot. This brother and sister team are great and will treat you right with fair prices.
Simply wonderful experience. Everyone is super nice. I expected a pretty costly balance for 6 of my rv tires... (especially after 5 other shops turned me down). But Warrenton Tire & Muffler diagnosed 1 bad tire and replaced it for next to nothing! Thank you guys.
I have to traverse I-70 Missouri at least once weekly and today, finally, a tire went flat. But the usual ordeal of a mid-travel flat was actually quick and painless thanks to the awesome staff here! I walked in around lunch hour (12:45ish) hoping just to make an appt and to my delight, within 5 minutes, I was pulling my car in - and the low cost just had me so absolutely grateful that I chose this place out of many on a whim. I didn't even have time to finish this review, the service was so fast! It is now 1:15 and I'm already going about my day as if nothing happened! Thank you guys! I now have the peace of mind of a familiar go-to service right off I-70!
