Once again I am so greatful for this business. I took them a tire that my 78 year old neighbor needed to have repaired. Don was so helpful. The tire was not repairable however he didn't send me on my way, he went to some tire storage and found a replacement that he replaced it with and he was so kind and gave it to me for a really reasonable charge.. Truly, this shop lives tbe owners Christian values. If you don't know where to get your car repairs, this should be your first choice.

Very few mechanics have i been to have actually saved me money instead of costing me but that's exactly what happened at the Tire Crew. I went in to have a few sensors changed and left with my car performing better than ever for a very fair price. A welcoming environment, knowledgeable mechanics and a hot cup of coffee make this a reliable place to take your car.

Used to do quality work, the garage has gotten much worse. Was charged almost triple my estimate for an AC replacement (which still doesn't work in the dead of a Missouri humid summer)I could easily compare this shop to a chiropractor. Fixes it for a week and then you have to go back. Fought them over bogus labor costs and had to file a labor complaint on THEIR behalf. Somehow, my AC is worse than how it was when I took it to the shop. They disregarded me when I told them what I wanted and fixed only one part when I requested more than just the compressor be replaced. I get it, they are the "professionals" but if a customer asks for multiple parts to be replaced, you should do it regardless of its necessity of course with some advice given. Very unprofessional in service and sketchy in work. I wouldn't go to this shop if it was the only garage between here and Tulsa. The only mechanic that seemed to agree with me was Chris but the garage owner's word goes I suppose. I swear a YouTube video and some motivation could do a typical person more good than this garage.

Took my Silverado for a set of tires, price was good, they had it done in good time and back to me the same day. Guys were really nice and helpful. No issues and good communication from them. Seems like they’ve changed some things and it’s working!

I ordered the wrong A/C compressor (my bad) If you look down at it, it's very obvious it was not the right compressor, and whoever installed it wasn't paying any attention. Belt is halfway off the pulley and it's obvious the compressor was recessed more than normal. So a simple $360 bill turned into a $570...not an extra $210, but $930 in total. Because who needs quality control??? But they aren't charging me for an A/C recharge (they already did that) and are taking an hour off labor (because that hour involved the A/C recharge. Legit just shrugged and charged me more for something they should have noticed or at least checked for fitment. I do my own vehicle work unless it involves EPA crap. I use to go here for the little things, but the one time I needed some actual work done they failed miserably and I'm paying for it.

I dropped my truck off fix a problem. When they called me back to let me know what the problem was and the cost they told me they a lso would repair my broken door handle. I said no, all I could afford was the important repair at this time. I picked up my truck, paid and left. Come to find out they also fixed and charged for the door handle I specifically said no to repairing. I ended up driving 30 minutes to go back and get my money back. Yes they gave my money back but it should never have happened in the first place. Makes me believe they ignored my request to not fix it and did it anyway hoping I wouldn't care. I will never trust them or go back again.

We would never use anyone else!! We have never had an issue they could not or would not fix and their pricing was better than anyone in the area. Their Christianity come shining through in their work quality and their customer service! You will not go wrong with Tire Crew.

Are used to go in there because the father was running it and it was decent since Chris took over it’s been a nightmare. I took my car in there to get oil change. It’s a Cadillac SRS. I left it there for the day I got back and he said the car is finished and but he didn’t put a sticker on it so I asked Chris to put a sticker on it. He put the sticker on it and I drove off and couple days later. I was driving my car and it said low oil so I brought it back there and the mechanics looked at it and they said there has been no oil put in it and the oil plug screw was loose. They could not believe it the next two days the two mechanics that worked there for a while they both quit because they can’t take it working with Chris anymore. Beware.

YOUNG DRIVERS! We are in our early 20’s and have trusted in taking our business here for 4 years. A few months ago, my wife’s truck needed an inspection in order to get her tags renewed, so I brought it here for an inspection. The verdict: a ball joint needed replacement in order to pass. We hadn’t gotten around to fixing it until now, but before we did, we had it inspected once more. By now, a serious truth was uncovered as the verdict this time was entirely different. There was no mention of a ball joint going bad but instead a minor brake fluid leak, which I can confirm is true. However, the inspector brought something else up that prevented us from passing—a missing catalytic converter. A few years ago, these cats were stolen off of my wife’s truck, so we purchased straight pipes to replace them. The truck has passed multiple inspections here since then. These facts lead me to believe The Tire Crew pulls problems out of thin air in order to create business for the shop by taking advantage of young people’s ignorance. I am a meek, humble, gentleman who will always give people the benefit of the doubt. However, when I uncovered this truth today, I realized I would no longer be supporting this business until there was a change. Over the years spent doing business here, my wife & I had multiple encounters where we felt like we’d been approached in such a condescending way. I read these great reviews about how the owner, Don, has the utmost respect for God & veterans, but I also see the way his shop is ran. This certainly does not include respect for all of their valued customers. The ones of whom they can prey upon their ignorance will receive a most sinister treatment. In addition, I called ahead to make sure the shop was available to perform the inspection. They were ready for me, so I left my home to drive up there, having been assured that my trip would be worthwhile. After entering the office, I was told the inspector would be back after his lunch break. Shouldn’t I have been told this information at the moment I called to ask? The words I was given were along the lines of “yes, come on in.” Because of this negligence, I was required to wait almost a full hour longer than the office had led me to believe. At this point, I felt entirely disrespected, but especially after pulling into the bay where the inspection didn’t truly begin until after I had to sit there, patiently waiting for 15 minutes. The inspector finally started, but during the procedure, he cursed my wife’s truck by stating his hatred for Ford, a brand so-loved by the masses, including my sweet wife who I had in mind. My feelings aren’t hurt, but with all of these offenses in mind, this shop has lost my respect & potential future business dealings. After pulling out of the bay, I immediately scheduled an appointment for the following hour at a different auto shop. The booking was speedy, the office was so polite & mutually respectful, and they got me in & out within 15 minutes of walking in (& I showed up early). Not to mention… I PASSED this exam with flying colors! So, I hope this review helps other young folks out there determine who to do business with when it comes auto repairs/vehicle maintenance & avoid falling into any traps. It helps to have an awareness of when you feel like you may be getting taken advantage of so something can be done about it. To the Tire Crew, “For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged.” When I saw the man sitting in a chair with a concerned look on his face, he appeared to be deciding if & how he might be able to get away with taking advantage of me, which he started by testing my patience as he sat on the phone, looking busier in his current affairs while in my line of sight, maybe to see if I’d drive away. These are the thoughts you have allowed your valued customer to feel. Please learn to put the guest first & communicate if you truly need to step away.

Came for propane refill, spoke with the gentleman while he filled up my tank. He ended up paying for my propane! Amazing customer service! Great atmosphere too! Again thank you for paying for my propane ❤️

Don is one of the most honest mechanics you'll ever find. Several more excellent mechanics including his son. I've purchased tires, he's done my brakes, he's replaced the whole rear end differential, axles, wheels, everything all in one unit, made it good as new. I will never go anywhere else. Also, a good Christian man and runs his business that way too.

Took my vehicle here 3 different times and all 3 times they screwed up on it. I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate. 1st time I had a hole in my break line that needed replaced due to how bad it was. I was told it was ready in a few minutes. I showed up to see them adding the break fluid to my car just to watch it spill out in front of me on the floor. 2nd time took my vehicle to get my water pump replaced just to drive it out of the shop and my belt came off my engine with the water pump hose coming off as well. 3rd and last time I will EVER GO HERE I needed a Catalytic converter installed on my vehicle for them to not install it Properly. I went elsewhere. How this place is even still open for business is beyond me !

I won't take our cars our my work truck anywhere else. I've been screwed over by a local shop and my wife's been duped by another. But this God fearing shop is always great and gets you in quick. 10 stars!!

I have stopped in this fabulous place 3 times now since I moved to the area, and every single time they treated me with outstanding service and great communication. They always promptly took care of all of my issues and resolved them at an amazing price. Always got my business as long as I live down here. Remarkable people.

I moved here almost 3 years ago. I have used one other automotive business right down the street from Tire crew, I was taken advantage of more than once! I'm a single lady, And for us, single ladies it's so very important to find trustworthy mechanic. Don explained and showed me exactly what was wrong, and what he needed to do, at a extremely fair price! I am, 100% a Tire Crew family member now! I truly appreciate and trust Don for all my automotive needs? Car Breaks,( yesterday) tires balanced (6 months ago), car inspection ( last year) Thank You Tire Crew

Had brakes on my impala done there. These people are CHRISTIAN and understand how to interact with others! I am a retired USMC MASTER GUNNERY SERGEANT, 1988-2012 and they noticed my USMC E9 plates and directed me to a VETERAN ONLY parking space! A man shook my hand and said THANK YOU MARINE FOR ALL YOU DID!! I felt like a celebrity!! Brakes and rotors under 500 dollars!! Yes sir!! Schedule me in please, sir! Great people, Great service, great quality parts, GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Don and his employees have always been more than fair in cost and very professional. We have never had any issues whatsoever with the work they have done for my family, all of our children and their families, and many friends. It's been refreshing to find a mechanic as trustworthy as the one from back home who took care of all of our vehicle needs for better than 2 decades.

Today was my first time going to Tire Crew, but I just found my new go to place! 10/10 recommend! They were super busy and I understand why now. Even though being super busy, they still got my car taken care of super quick! And the prices are unbeatable! I've used many automotive shops around trying to find the right one for me and this place is it! Very pleased with my experience! Thanks for a job well done Tire Crew!

Don, the owner, is an absolutely amazing guy to work with! EVERY time I call he says come right over and gets right to me when he's free (usually is no more than 10 minutes when I arrive). He has amazing prices and is a great Christian man(10 commandants are parking space signs, Jesus And crosses are in his lobby and a large cross in the yard next to his building) He's also a veteran and loves America (His entire building is red white and blue.) I am thankful to have found his business back when I was in highschool and I'm almost 30 now and will use his business as long as I live! I recommend you do the same! You will never wanna go to the other place!

Always busy but make time for each person to be in and out as conveniently as possible. Very fair prices and friendly staff. The owners work in shop so that is an added bonus and they are very fair, honest people. Definitely would recommend to my closest friends and family

One of the best experiences I have had at a shop. I can typically do most of my own repairs and I really enjoy it. This time I needed some custom exhaust work that I did not have the tools or the knowledge to do myself. Don was pleasant and confident about accomplishing this task and did it flawlessly. Thank you to everyone there that helped with that. I would and have already referred them and I will be back.

Dropped by for an oil change and wait time was relatively short and while they had my vehicle on the rack I asked about a recent concern with brakes. Tech checked the brakes and showed me that it was time for new brake pads, turned the rotors and answered all questions professionally and knowledgeably. All employees were super helpful and friendly and kept checking to see if I needed anything. Great group of people!

Don and his crew are 100% total pros and very nice people at that. They had my car up and running on a few different occasions within 15 to 20 minutes AND did not charge me an arm and a leg like another shop right down the street. The owner Don, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!!!
