These guys did an awesome job on my wife’s 2015 Tahoe she says it’s like driving a new car… they even fixed some small issues that we were having at no extra charge… Ask for Andrew or Regina… they are the best!! Thanks so much for your hard work and getting our vehicle back on the road safely!!

I had a high coolant temperature light come on today on my drive home from teaching. I had no idea what was wrong and decided to stop at Kyle’s to ask for some help. It turns out that my coolant tube or valve got unhooked most likely during a recent oil change at another establishment. They fixed this issue for me filled up my coolant and turned off my check engine light free of charge. I am so grateful to them because I had no idea what was wrong and they were so kind and helped me right away. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Making it short, I am a driver in a wheelchair. Also do not like asking friends for rides, they do so much for me now. Have used Kyle before, anybody knows they are the best in the area. They always look very busy. Not sure it's a place to stop in demanding instant service. I spent over 20 years in the auto equipment business and still know up to date shops. Kyles always impressed me, including noticing the new Hunter alignment system. Not cheap mi amigos. I put many in shops a few years ago. Think 3 or 4 new car expensive. My well used jeep had clogged injectors triggering a code yellow in dashboard talk. Bells going off, flashing lights too was about ready to drop and roll.. They have a nice feeling in shop, but business like. I mentioned I was going to try a ride service for first time. The efficient lady had one of the free young workers give me a ride home. Great vehicle too, fellow even loaded my chair. Next day was informed vehicle ready. Very very fair price on the repair. No expensive chasing sensors here. Same fellow picked me up too. Mentioned 20 years 3 states of walking into service centers rarely ever recommended places. Not all are the same, and nowadays a center must keep up with manufacturing complexities. I would highly recommended Kyles.

I highly recommend this locally owned automotive shop. The owner is Mike Kyle and he is fair and honest with everyone. Regina is the service manager and she is a pleasure to deal with. They stay super busy, so it is best to set an appointment unless you have an emergency.

Had a great experience here. Found a nail in my tire as I was getting ready to drive back to STL. They made time and checked it immediately. I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes!!! Kind and courteous. Highly recommend!!!!

I went to get a inspection sticker at another shop and they wanted to perform 800$s worth of work to pass me. I took it to Kyle's because they quoted me 300$ less for the same work. So I took it to them to get the work done and it turned out I didn't need it. They were really helpful and honest and I will be back and recommending them to everyone.

I had Kyle Automotive check my air conditioner while having my car in for an oil change since it has not been working since last summer. They called and told me the whole air conditioner system was bad and everything needed replaced, totalling to around $1,600 to fix it. A couple days later I took my car to another local shop for a second opinion and low and behold, one little fuse and a tiny leak later ($250) and it is working good as new! I just wanted people to know, I am so glad I didn't trust thier word and have them "fix" it.

I have to start by saying I screwed up my appointment some how and showed up when I wasn’t supposed to be there, “senior moment.” The receptionist was so nice about the whole thing and didn’t turn me away. I received a call the next day with an update which included asking me for approval for a few extra parts they needed to complete the job. They basically had to overhaul the entire rear brake system including emergency brakes and cables. There was a slight difference in the labor hours between us but we worked it out without any issues. They were so good about the entire repair process. I’ve been there a couple times over the past year or two and will continue to use them as my go to shop for need maintenance and repair. Thanks Kyle Automotive for another great job on my 2003 Yukon.

I just had my Toyota Venza aligned today and the guys were awesome. They were very patient with my dumb questions and really know their stuff. Receptionist was great too. I highly recommend the great folks at Kyle’s Automotive. Their vehicle inspection guys are great too. He actually found a dangerously shot wheel bearing that probably saved me a tow truck fee.

Had a terrible time here dealing with very unreasonable business practices, especially with the receptionist who had an awful attitude. They did a "diagnostic" which was literally just plugging the code reader in; and wanted over $70 for something that took less than a minute and could be done at any parts store for FREE. I told her that that was not a full diagnostic, and that they should have informed me that there would be a fee for just reading the code. All this after I told her over the phone before bringing the vehicle that I'd already looked up the code that I knew it was O2 sensor related. She said she could drop it down to a half hour of work instead of a full hour, and that would make it $50, and I told her popping in a code reader and looking up the code is NOT a half hour of work. On top of that, they wanted nearly $600 to replace the sensor. $380 of that for the sensor itself. Which is almost FOUR TIMES what I've paid for an O2 sensor for the make and model of my car. I understand mechanics having increased prices for parts, but that's straight up price gouging. I refused to pay the fee that they neglected to inform me of (that has been free everywhere I've ever gone); I hadn't signed anything or done any official business with them, so I demanded my key back, and I took my business elsewhere. The receptionist refused to give me my key at first until her boss told her to just hand it over. I have never felt so disrespected. I called Go Automotive right down the road and asked them if they could look at the car. They told me that they could do a full diagnostic, test driving it while checking readings to help pinpoint the exact problem and investigating the other causes that could be connected to O2 code (vacuum leak, bad catalytic converter, faulty fuel injector) and told me exactly how much the diagnostic would be; all that without me even having to ask. The man behind the counter when we arrived was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and very straightforward about their prices and what they would be able to do for us. Update, went to AutoZone, bought a O2 sensor for $90 (make sure you grab the right one, some cars have two, upstream and downstream), bought a O2 sensor socket wrench attachment for $16, and replaced it myself. Whole thing takes 15-20 minutes if you've got that.

Kyle Automotive really helped us out of a jam. While traveling for our 50th anniversary and 400+ miles from home, the alternator gave out. We limped the vehicle to the shop. They said they would try to check it out that day, order parts, and possibly make repairs the next. We left our car and taxied back to our lodging. They called us later that same day, and all repairs were completed. We only had to be without our car one day! Their service was appreciated so much.

Our car broke down on our return trip home from Branson. David (the operator) at Kyle automotive was able to fit us in to their schedule fast after calling in and explaining our situation. It was a super stressful situation and they went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of and even gave us some ice cream for our kids while we waited. David and Andrew did a good job explaining what was wrong with our vehicle and fixing it. If you’re in the area and need a quick fix these are the guys to go to, highly recommend and will definitely go back if I ever need to.

**Beware of Unprofessional Practices and Dishonest Service** I brought my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 to Kyle Automotive for routine maintenance to replace two glow plugs. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a frustrating ordeal due to the shop's negligence and dishonesty. During the service, the shop damaged a glow plug. Initially, the employee admitted over a recorded phone call that the damage occurred while trying to remove the plug, and they could not complete the service that day, stating they needed to keep it overnight to figure out what to do. The following day, the same employee called to say my truck was ready for pickup. He mentioned they could not work on my truck as it was too new. When I inquired about the glow plug they had broken, he, not realizing I had recorded the earlier conversation, retracted his admission, now claiming the glow plug was already broken when they started the work. He even admitted they were not qualified to handle my vehicle due to its newer model. Following their advice, I contacted another specialized service provider who confirmed that the damage to the glow plug could not have happened spontaneously. Based on this, I filed an insurance claim, providing the recorded admission as evidence. In response, the shop had their employees submit written statements to their insurance contradicting their initial verbal admission, claiming they never said they caused the damage. Their insurance company denied my claim based on these statements, leaving me with substantial repair costs, exceeding $9,700. This entire experience has been not only financially burdensome but also incredibly disheartening due to the apparent lack of integrity from Kyle Automotive. I urge potential customers to consider this experience before choosing Kyle Automotive for any vehicle service. Their handling of this incident—ranging from causing unnecessary damage to my vehicle to providing false statements to an insurance company—demonstrates a lack of professionalism and honesty.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I called so many auto shops to get the ball joints replaced and the prices were out of this world!! Well God sent me someone referring me here, God bless y'all for taking such great care of us and being so reasonable, we'd be completely broke if we went someplace else!! You have our business from here on out, I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles!! I will admit it took a little while to get in but it is so worth my time giving y'all our business, y'all are hard working dedicated trustworthy kind people, why would I go anywhere else? I just can't thank y'all enough!! God bless

Dave was great. Our car broke down on our first day of vacation. They got us in, got it repaired and back to us quickly at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

They have done good work in the past. But these last 2 days I have called to try and schedule an alignment and ended up being hung up on repeatedly. 3 times yesterday then twice today. Asked me to hold and I could hear the whole conversation going on then picks the phone up and hangs up on me. Very annoyed but I'll take my. Usiness elsewhere

I've moved away from the area and only hope I am able to find a people as honest and trustworthy as David and the others are at Kyle's. I've never had to question their recommendations for my cars, because this is a place run with integrity. They're not out to make a buck by loading up on problems that need to be fixed. And by the way, their work is rock solid. Thanks
