Chris's was sent via AAA and the driver Jarred didn't seem very interested in helping get my truck started that had a dead battery. He tried with a jumper box a couple of times and said you need to buy a new battery. I'm disabled and on oxygen and did more to try and start it then he did. He left without offering to tow it to a shop or any other help. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be contacting AAA and if Chris woo I have known for decades wants to contact me feel free.
Very kind, professional service. I had to use them twice in 24 hours and they were their quickly. A young lady at O Reily's recommended them and I am sure glad she did.

This guy is responsive.... knowledgeable...and super professional. Quit calling your good ol' boys to pull you out of a tight spot....they tear up more than they are worth! Chris always takes care of us....from dislodging stuck equipment to hauling broke down implements and machinery.
We broke down on vacation and being 2000 miles from home was not a good time. They were very fast, was told about 45 minutes then 5 minutes later they pulled up and was ready to help.
From out of town and my car's acceleration cable gave me issues. Called, told them what was going on and if they knew a local mechanic that could take a look at my car before they closed. He recommended Bartons, and that he'd come pick me up. He got there faster than a previous tow for a different vehicle! Very nice gentleman. He was able to get me to the garage in time for them to check it out and do a quick fix to get me home. Thank you so much!

During the recent snow I got my car stuck in a position that it could easily roll. I called Chris's Towing Service and received service. The response and service time was quick. It was also very affordable.
I was our of gas and could not walk to gas station 1/4 mile away. Contacted Chris's. They wanted $66to bring gas. Fine. Then they can't take credit cards in the field.
Road rage drivers. Honks at me 3 times because I didn't go within 2 seconds of the light changing. Then throws his hands up at me and flips me off! Well, seems very unprofessional to me. I sure wouldn't do that in a company vehicle.
Affordable reasonable friendly and professional I've used Chris's towing for for years because of this. I've never had to sit and wait for a truck they always get to your vehicle in a timely manor.
Damaged my front bumper loading and unloading my vehicle improperly and didn't negotiate a price on storage for doing so, asked for insurance information and flat out refused, said he doesn't have to and hung up on me. Wholly irresponsible as an operator and negligent as a business owner. Do not recommend.

When the tow truck driver was putting my car on the bed he didn't put it into neutral he kept on park and forced it to go onto the bed of his truck causing my shifter cable to break and now my car doesn't park or reverse because of it will not use this company again and will be suing

The company is very reliable to work with. The drivers they send out are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and take care of your vehicle.They inform you when they will be at your location to pick up your vehicle. I will utilize Chris's towing company again should I need more towing services.
Just called AAA for a tow to the repair shop. I was told 3 dollars a mile for a 20 mile trip, the first three miles free. Chris showed up and told me 4 dollars a mile and said it was 29 miles. I tried to show him my GPS and he wouldn’t even look at it. I asked his name and he said Chris and said he didn’t want to tow my vehicle. Not a tow service I would recommend.
Twice we have waited for hours on our insurance roadside service. Insurance dispatched towing company from hundreds of miles away. We finally gave up on roadside and called Chris. He was there in record time. The last time he even beat us to our vehicle. Great service!
I was vacationing in the Branson area. Car broke down out in the middle of no where. Called 911 and they dispatched Chris. He came out immediately and retrieved us and then hauled my car in. Based upon his quick response time and how quick he got us there, I give him 5 stars. I definitely recommend them and will call again if need be.
Had an emergency situation happen on my way to a very important meeting that I absolutely could not miss. The driver, Andy, responded in less time than they said it would take, and then was very quick and efficient at getting my vehicle up on the truck and ready to go. He was professional, courteous, and very friendly to talk to, as was the dispatcher. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Without question, in the unfortunate event I need towing services in the future, I will use Chris's Towing again.
