Wheel bearing was going out of my car, had my car fixed and me back on the road in no time!!!!
Was three hours from home in Puxico when my brakes started making a terrible noise. 10 minutes before they closed, and knowing (and hating) that I’d be “that guy”… I decided to call the shop to see if they could see me in my emergency. They could have easily turned me away, but had me drive over to them to take a look anyways. Thankfully, it turned out that something (a rock?) had wedged between my pad and rotor and was making the noise, but had they not had the care and empathy to take a look for me, I probably would have waited in Puxico until the next day when the auto shops opened back up. Thank you again for your kindness, and for seeing me last minute. Wish I lived closer to bring my regular business.
The service is honest and fair but if you're going to use the non towing services, you had better call first. Every time I have called to get my car fixed in the past two years I always get the answering machine informing me they're on a vacation for several days.
Great service and excellent mechanic. They're busy but always for a good reason, they're good at what they do. Fair prices and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Couldn't ask for a better group of people.
Puxico has a real gem of an auto shop in Sam’s. They rescued this out-of-towner quickly and completely. I felt nothing but confidence in their work as they got me back on the road. Thank you Sam and company for taking such good care of me.
