I simply can not say enough good things about Webster Groves Complete Auto Repair! I have been taking all of my cars there for over twenty years. They are literally the most honest, professional people I have ever met in the industry. They won my trust years ago saving me close to $1,000 on a repair. Over the years I've got to know the owner and several of the mechanics. They have also helped my family purchase three used cars and also inspected those used cars before we bought them, trying to ward us off of getting a lemon. Class acts to the core!

Prior to today, have never used this repair company- I called because my car was making a strange noise by driver wheel, was concerned about safety. They told me to drive right over, checked it as soon as I got there to make sure it was safe to drive, and scheduled me for follow up. Kind, caring and efficient.

All I can say is Amazing job. They did full brake job and shocks on my 2017 Ram 1500 and my truck (at 80k miles) has never driven this smooth and stable. They let me supply all parts (even tho I found out they carry half of what I bought) and they installed everything with no problems at all, in one 8 hour period. Dylan and Quinn, these guys rock!! And for the cost is was super worth every penny. I will soon be taking my wife's car to them for the same full service, trusting that too will be a great job also. Thanks Guys

I have been coming here for the years. I had a scare and needed help quickly a and they were so helpful and got me in right away. They have always been helpful and honest. Dillon always walks me through pricing so I know what to expect and gives me options on things that must be done now vs things that can wait a little longer. I am so pleased. The front desk is usually helpful and amazing as well.

I honestly can’t recommend Scott and his team enough! I was recently (July 2024) driving through from Cincinnati- from a funeral no less- and on my way to Oklahoma. I was just a few miles from my hotel (and 4 mo. pregnant and with a car full of kids!) ready to hit the road when my car started overheating and leaking fluid. Fortunately, I was only a mile from this shop. I called and spoke with Jordan (who is amazing!) and despite how busy they were, Scott and his team were so compassionate and worked us in, diagnosed the problem, and had us back on the road the same day! They really went the extra mile and took the time to communicate a few other non-emergent issues they noticed that I would need to address with my local mechanic when I got home. So thankful that good & honest people still exist in the world! Thanks to Scott and his team, we arrived safely and without issue!

If you want an honest shop that doesn't oversell or upcharge, this place is it! You can tell that they care about their jobs and reputation which is really hard to find these days. Dropped my car off to get a part replaced and a tire plugged. I was able to drop it off after hours and it was finished by the following day! I spoke to a few different people throughout the day and they were all incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful! Would highly recommend and will be returning if needed!

Work may be good too soon to know if service was good. My husband had 2 recordings he received from a friend That friend died Feb 1, 2023. An employee took one of the recording from our truck. I called company they didn’t think this was important. I would want to know if I had an employee steeling. Was not a good experience for us

My go to mechanic for my MR2's for years, since at least 2005 or so. Scott and his staff is very fair, and stand by their work, although I'd recommend them to avoid can of worms jobs that they'll often take on. I've always been a loyal customer, he knows me very well as the loyal customer who drives the blue MR2 with gold wheels around town.

I noticed my tire wasn't holding air after airing it up so I called the closest place to me, Webster Grove Complete Auto Repair, and much to my surprise they were able to fit me into the schedule the next day! My tire looks great and the customer service was delightful. Jane was super nice! I'll definitely be back next time I need maintenance for my car.

This is hands down my place to go for auto repairs here in St. Louis! I've been coming to Webster Complete for a couple of years now and no matter the issue, they have been timely, professional, and well priced no matter if it is my Mini or my Truck. I recommend this garage to all of my friends, and I highly recommend you give them a call the next time you need service done.

I really do appreciate my van and my daughter SUV being repaired in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable. The receptionist had a good professional attitude. Since I have posted a 5 star and now since management was switched. returned and I was charged for a job that wasn't done. I have to give 2 star.

From start to finish, my experience with Complete Auto Care has been absolutely fantastic. After months of dealing with a faulty transmission rebuild from a different shop, the people at Complete were able to accurately diagnose the problem quickly. A different shop had done an extremely poor job rebuilding our car's transmission and had been refusing to acknowledge that they had erred. After bringing it to Complete, their service manager, Scotch, went above and beyond to find exactly what the other shop did wrong when rebuilding our transmission, and made sure everything got taken care of and fixed quickly. Scotch is truly a top notch mechanic. He was always easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, very kind and super helpful. Complete Auto Care is the ONLY place I'll be bringing my car to in the future. Thank you Scotch and Complete Auto Care!

I had a back brake lock on one of my wheels as I was just driving in the area and stopping to get gas. I looked online and found this place close by so I gave them a call. They got the van repaired within a few hours, and got me back on the road. I think these all were done at an acceptable price and in a decent amount of time. Also, the hospitality from the staff was pretty friendly while we were waiting around. I'd use their service again if I lived in the area.

Fantastic mechanic shop and superb work from everyone there. I went to get my truck inspected and later got an exhaust installed. All of the mechanics and staff are friendly and the work was done right and quick! Great group of people!

This place was a lifesaver! After an exhausting experience at the DMV and finding out last minute I needed an emissions test, I called around to several places desperately searching for someone who could get me in and out ASAP. Jane was the kindness I needed after a stressful day! She did whatever she could to help my situation and got me in within 10 minutes. The mechanic was also very polite and quick. I was in and out and back to the DMV in less than 30 minutes. That kind of compassion and customer service goes a long way in my book. If I need any work done in the future, I would not hesitate to use them again!

Great service. Friendly and honest. Just the place I have been looking for. They put a new timing belt on my wife's car and tuneup for about $400.00 less than the dealer wanted. And fixed my sister's cooling system. I rate them a 5 star out of 5.

I have been getting ripped off for years by Chevy Dealers when servicing my 2000 Corvette. Parts were exorbitant and wait time ridiculous. Discussed my suspension and headlamp motor issues with Jerry. Made an appointment and Scott, Jerry, Patrick, and Crew worked magic wonders in record time way below estimate. Jane in Administration was super helpful, professional, and very courteous. W.G.A.R. has all my business on all three of my vehicles from now on. Great shop. They've done outstanding work on all three of my vehicles. Two of which probably shouldn't even be running, they've made run like new. I've never been overcharged for anything and never pressured to do extra, possibly unnecessary repairs.

They were great to work with! They installed a new motor in my old 1971 Triumph Stag. It was a lot of difficult work only experts would be able to do. I am a happy customer, just dropped off another vehicle for them to work on.
