Was curtious and promptly in order for the best interest for the circumstances of the condition with the process of being at the pump and starting our motorcycle and backfired and causing a flashing of flames roaring out the bottom of the fuel line and up the tank onto my boyfriend's chest and then the process of being at the fuel pump and pushing it away with fire at the moment of the place closing and not 🚫👎 seeing a water hose and used windshield washer fluid to our shirts to smother it with it gaining fuel still leaking out and oxygen levels are Now boiling to think of it blowing up we are thankful for Rick our old time friend happened to be there who's wife is employee he was a hero to get the water hose and putting it out B4 this was a passer by himself Joe thank you for your support and called 911

These guys are great! I drive a lowered car and I needed a tow and they treated it with care that I have not received from a tow company before. If you drive something low or just want someone who is going to treat your vehicle with care I would highly recommend them. In addition to the tow, I misplaced my physical receipt and needed another for insurance purposes so I gave them a call and they sent it right over.

Being stranded on the side of the road is stressful, but McNamara’s was there for us. The customer service representative showed empathy to our situation and was patient with our panicky request. They had the driver to us in about 15 minutes and the driver was nothing but respectful and professional. Thank you for making our situation a little less stressful and providing excellent service!
As prompt a service as they could give. Made sure to call me before they came out so I could meet them at the vehicle and not wait in below freezing temperatures. Billing was what I expected based on the quote over the phone.
I had a dead battery this morning and called McNamara's. They came within the hour, were very professional, and were quite friendly. I've dealt with towing services in the past that were awful, but I'll definitely be calling McNamara again if I ever need anything.
There I was broke down on the off ramp at 14th street. At 330 pm so you know it was busy. I called McNamaras Towing and They were out to rescue me in no time at all.

Fast and friendly. All over the phone. Towed expedition from Fenton to Union and called immediately to let me know they dropped it off and total on the bill.
My experience with the other location was so bad I need to write a review here. McNamara's Towing is a gang of crooks; if you deal with them lawyer up soon and get your insurance company to hound them it's all they listen to. They won't let you get personal belongings out of your own car and then won't let you get them back unless you pay egregious fees that you didn't agree to. Also if you're towards the 270/64 side of their operations Paul the driver will try to steal your stuff. We see you Paul who's been here 'for a long time'.
What a joke. I called looking for an estimate on a tow and they couldn't tell me how they billed their services. They said $165/hr and I asked them what if it was 1.5 hours? They said "The boss does the billing" so I asked them to ask the boss and they hung up on me. Class act. Never using this company.
