I took my truck here and was very pleased. They got us in right away. Both men I spoke with were very kind and professional. Also, it's right beside Sweet Spot which has amazing donuts and mochas so we got a treat while we waited! I'll definitely go back if we need anything else!

I took my equinox to have the Wheel bearing replaced on the driver's side. They did a fantastic job and the price was cheaper then everyone around the St. Ann area. They are my go to place for all my car repairs. Thanks again D & M auto service.

D&M is a breath of fresh air. It’s like going back in time and taking your car to the local automotive shop where everybody knows your name. They are great mechanics, but most of all they are truthful about what your car needs and not just trying to make a buck. Next time you need you car worked on please go to D&M.

We have found D&M Auto Service to be clean, competent and well organized. Kevin is extremely good at scheduling appointments and keeping things on schedule. Their prices for work performed is reasonable. They are good at diagnosing automotive problems and have quality workmanship. We were amazed at how knowledgeable Kevin is on a wide variety of vehicles, even older cars.
Only giving my experience. My car was overheating. The car would stall and jerk, like it was losing power. I trusted this mechanic because I need my car fixed and other shops where to booked. The diagnostic test showed the coolant hose need replaced. The mechanic warned me about the gasket might be blown. I paid around $600 for the service. After the job was completed the mechanic said the gasket was fine, the heat was working again and the coolant hose was replaced. The next day the car was leaking a lot of coolant, and same the next day. I took the car back to be seen, the mechanic tested the car out, cleaned/sprayed the engine, got the heat to run before leaving. About 4 days later the engine overheated again, while I was on the highway with my entire family, almost caused a wreck, because the car was jerking and losing power. I called mechanic and he advised me to bring it in to verify its the head gasket. I paid for nothing because I got a 2nd opinion, comes to find out the whole engine needs to be replaced. That's my experience with this shop.
Highly recommend this shop. They worked on car (BMW). Prior shop had not done best job. This place made everything right. Can’t express enough attitude of gratitude for assistance. Honest, upfront and genuinely kind. Won’t take vehicle anywhere else.

They’ve helped me out more than once, always with fair pricing and quick turnaround. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your car, but this is definitely it. Same old great customer service, like Mike gave, but some added technology. Have no fear, Kevin still spent time to explain and show me what was needed and how it looks after. Will definitely be back.

What a great shop and customer service! I needed a new window motor and reg. The driver window stayed down at the airport parking kiosk in 25 deg weather and I needed to drive several more hours. Kevin was immediately helpful and got a solution going in less than a minute— I was back on the road in just an hour and a half. Every town needs a service and reliable shop like D&M. St. Ann, Mo is so lucky they have Kevin and Gabriella! The price was right and the timing perfect. The shop was authentic and clean. A great place all around.
This shop was absolutely AMAZING. Kevin was so helpful, fixed my car and was very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem without hesitation and was an excellent person to work with! Being from out of town and not knowing a thing about this area I was blessed to placed in this mans path.
Kevin was great! My headlights kept shorting out and he found the problem in no time, had me in and out and back on the road safely. No hassle, no over charging. Very fair price and great service. Very friendly and explained everything. I will definitely visit again with any future car issues!

Kevin is very knowledgeable upfront and fair with his estimates. Also, he has incorporated texting/emailing notification process to keep me updated on the progress (which I appreciate).
Although I went in for a simple oil change, Kevin went above and beyond, rotated my tires, did a thorough inspection and provided pictures in his progress update texts. As a result, he was able to proactively identify potential issues with my vehicle and gave me solid recommendations for future visits.
As a result, Kevin has gained my trust and I will be bringing in my other family vehicle in for service. I am Looking forward to a long term relationship.
Kevin, the owner of D&M, was very nice. He to the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle, he has a very detailed system that keeps track of what was done to your vehicle as well as documents your conversations. Will go there again the next time my vehicle needs service.
