They always do a great job. When I needed new tires they searched all of their suppliers to get me the best deal on a quality product. I won’t go anywhere else.

I took my car in for safety and emissions test. It past the emission test and failed safety. They took great care to price out what it would take to fix it and have it pass. I really appreciated this. I appreciate the friendliness and thoroughness of their service. I would recommend them to anyone!

After my second service here, Combs has earned a long time customer. My old shop was bought by a chain and started to feel more like an oil change place rather than a full service professional shop. Two times at Combs, I have felt like their assessments and recommendations were honest and reasonable. The first time, they informed me that my transmission service should go to the dealer since there was a technical bulletin for my problem, and the manufacturer might offer some reimbursement. The 2nd visit at Combs, they identified a tiny problem and charged a minimal shop rate. It doesn't take too many visits at a business that charges LESS than expected or honestly suggests that you find a service elsewhere to know that they're trustworthy! Give Combs a try, and when you step into the shop, be ready to shout our your best "LET'S GO BLUES!"

We’ve been going to combs for a few years and they’ve always been great to work with. Very transparent about the work needed, and very quick turnaround. For reference, we have a 2016 VW GTI and a 2024 Kia Telluride and both cars have been handled and fixed up by this crew without any issue.

Combs installed new tires and performed a wheel alignment. Their website enabled me to see the price of tires and an out of door price for install which was nice when pricing to get the best deal. They had a shuttle service available if local to Kirkwood. I would use Combs again.

Always the most honest shop. Have told me multiple times when my issue would be best solved by NOT spending more money at their shop. I’ve actually asked if I could pay them more than the minimal charge for looking at the issue and giving me thorough advice. They declined, of course. Should be your first and last stop, unless they can’t address what you need - which they’ll always tell you.

I was very happy with the on schedule installation and the bagging of the old tires and wheels. This made handling easy. The new 18" wheels with the Hankook Ion AS Suv tires has dramatically improved the ride and road noise, my wife was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you all for doing an excellent job, I will recommend your shop to those I know who are looking for someone to trust their car and tire needs to.

I trust Combs to be super honest and sell me what I need for my car and tell me what needs to be done. One of my tires was flat, they fixed the problem and I offered to buy all new tires and they said no, you have 15,000 miles left!! This local shop has been a go to for me; they’re honest and easy to work with. When my wife’s car had catastrophic engine failure, they were happy to walk us through tips for submitting the warranty claim even though that would require us taking the car to a dealer for repair instead of their shop. Plus the interior is nice if you need to wait. Great spot!

I discovered a slow leak over the weekend. Called Combs on Monday and Scott was able to fit me in on Tuesday if I could leave my car for the day. They patched me up quickly at a reasonable rate, and communication was great. Combs is always my first call and they lived up to that once again.
