Security will check you in, walk back to truck and wait for call, once security called with door #, slide tandem before going through the gate, follow map(see pic) open doors back in and dock. Had two drivers delivering, with 7am delivery appts: both arrived at around 12 midinight and they started unloading at around just their del appt time. Lumper is required to pay. Before leaving receiver office, check your documents and PU# matches as they were giving another loads proof of delivery!! and be patient it takes them time to provide documents.
Horrible experience!!!! Snow storm hit and ALL the shipping and receiving personnel left. Security stated unless you have a guaranteed next day appointment you must leave the premises! And go where? There’s tons of space for these trucks…why kick us off the property when their people left!
First time delivering at this location.. reefer load. Arrived 2am for 2:15am appt. Rescued load from another driver. Park in available staging area before going to the guard shack to check in. Got the call for a dock door before I could walk back to my truck. You will have to check in again at door 41, thats the receiving office. Turn in your bills. Capstone facility, so lumper fee expected. Truck traffic right in front of door 41 was a bit ridiculous with drivers blocking other dock doors to go check in. Finally got into my assigned dock around 230am and checked in. 2:44am 1st text from capstone saying unloading started.. 4:28am text to pay lumper fee. Payed lumper within 5 minutes after text. 5:15am went inside to check on bills, staff wasn't very helpful. 6:49am got final call that my bills were ready. Definitely a lot of wasted time.
I really have to write a positive review. I arrived 10 hours early, received a call from the office 5 hours early, and was immediately given access to the door for unloading, which took 1.5 hours, then received my documents an hour later. Well organized, there's overnight parking and a bathroom in the security building. I recommend this place.
Why did I give 2 instead of 1 star you wonder? Staging area and security guards, thats all. 5h to unload and 3h to get bol after 521$ lumper fee. Ive never come here and payed less then 400$ lumper and never under 6h to get out.
Lots of parking, both before and after, except you're only allowed to stay til 1800 day of delivery. Park and check-in at guard shack. Bathroom and vending machines around the rear. Fresh / frozen receiving office at door 41. Another bathroom available there. Dramatically slow unload. Over eight hours from docking to bills in hand for less than half a trailer. Morning office gal has a seriously shitty attitude, as well. At least I'm getting paid ?
Parked and walked up to guard shack to check in at 8am. Guard was very polite and helpful and he called with a dock door before I could make the trek back to my truck. Tandems to the rear and put seal in trailer and backed in to dock before checking in at door 26 (dry load). Lumper guy polite but the check in lady needs an attitude adjustment. Heaven forbid she have to check a driver in (her job). Fast unloading maybe 20 min. Got a text for lumper fee and then the check in lady calls to say bills are ready. Told her my text for lumper just came and before I could finish my sentence she just hung up. The other guard checking out was also very polite. Fast unload, restroom available, fast getting lumper receipt and paperwork, everyone except check in lady were very polite and approachable. Left at 8:53am full trailer.
From i-170 North exit 8 North Hanley road/Scudder road exit. Go right onto Hanley road. Then first left at the light onto Scudder road. Follow signs to Schnucks you have to park in the staging area first and then walk to the guard shack. Fill out the paper on the table on the wall and give it to the guard with your paperwork in the window. They'll call you when your door is ready and give you the information you need to know. They use Capstone lumper service. There was also a food truck there in the staging area when I arrived in the morning. Can park overnight and also finish out your break here. If you're going eastbound on i-70, the exit for i-170N is a left lane exit. If you miss it, there's an exit for North Hanley road off of the i-70 exit 239
Plenty of parking. The GPS will not take you to the entrance. The CAPSTONE prices are OUTRAGEOUS . They are slow to unloaded. Every one i talked to was very nice. They had snacks and Soda machine. You can check in early and go to sleep. STRAIGHT UNLOAD $345.00 LUMPER FEE
Best to arrive hours before!! Over night parking allowed.
8am appt. Arrived and checked in 10pm the night before. Waited in staging area.
Received call to dock at door at 4am. Unloaded in under 30 minutes and received text to pay lumper. 20 minutes later received call to pick up BOLs.
Arrived 5:40pm & checked in, my appointment time was for the next day at 6:00am, received a call & assigned dock at 2:22 am & unloaded at about 3:15am made a payment to Capstone while I was in the truck checked out at 3:40am !!!
I was supper worried after reviewing all those reviews but it was quite the opposite of my expectations… all staff members are on point and cool ??
So much for appointment times. You come on time and they take their sweet time. Had 12 pallets of same product and took them 3 hours to unload and another 2 for paperwork. Extremely slow and rude Capstone office personnel. Please do not come here if you have the option to choose.
Meh. That's how I feel about this place. There is plenty of space to park overnight and even after delivery. Employees are decent, but unloading and getting your paperwork takes ages, so be ready for that.
Nice people work here. My appt was7:30am. They called me for a door at 4am. I had my paperwork in hand by 8:30am.
They have overnight parking. I would come here again.
If I could give this company negative I would have done it. All procedures till you’re in a door are ok problem is with the paperwork and the lady being rude. I’ve been a trucker for a while and I know how to seat and wait but this lady is something else. I’ve been waiting in the truck for the whole time and she calls and says that needs the door for someone else as if I was there because I wanted, told her that I was waiting for their call or text as instructed and she said that if I was listening I should have know. Well how is that the paperwork had stamped time same time you call instead of hours before. I don’t have attitudes with anyone but I know how to tell everyone to keep their tone and be polite same as I because we’re all working.
Love coming here plenty of room to park back overnight parking got unloaded early one time 4 hours early check in as soon as you get there they will call you as soon as they can. Quick to unload. Unfortunately it is capstone so yes typical wait for count and paperwork after payment of lumper but for most part nice people. The one lady with capstone can bit less desirable so b prepared for her snotty attitude. But everyone else i give them all 5 stars

Done unloading within 2 hours no issues there. Getting the POD is the issue. 3 hours waiting on the paperwork and counting.... Not worth it at all.
Appt 4am, check in 3am, unloaded 6am. Now 12pm and I’m still waiting paperwork. Second time here. Spent more than 9hours. Very disappointing! Do not plan next deliveries once u get there. Pass through this place. Overnight parking and restrooms available.
This place is a circus! I got here for a 1 AM appointment. Just got a door at 5:30 AM when I walked in the lady in the receiving office was really rude. After taking a while to back into my door, then she looks at me and says you have to move to a different door. It’s 8 AM now and I am finally unloaded. Very unorganized and honestly, this place only hires circus clowns I can tell. Very rude people work here.
2.7.25... I had a D/H here. The female guard in the window was cool. You have to park and walk up to the window. Please complete the form to your right and hand to guard with your bills. They will then provide instructions to drop load and pick up MT. There is overnight parking in the staging area, i believe. Definitely would come back here. Easy experience.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE HERE PARK FIRST IN THE OVERNIGHT/STAGING AREA, THEN WALK OVER TO GUARD SHACK TO CHECK IN! The guard will instruct you where to go.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL, IF YOU HAVE A DROP N HOOK!
The drop lot is down below a hill after the guard shack, you’ll see it to your left .
Empty Trailer Lot is when you enter this place, you’ll pass it when you park in the overnight/staging area.
2nd Time Here: This time coming here it was a live unload, I arrived 9:30am for my 8am appointment the next morning. I parked first then walked over to guard shack to check in, I was told by guard shack to expect a phone call tomorrow morning for a door. At 3:11am the next morning I got a call for dock door, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RECEIVING CHECK IN OFFICE NUMBER BEFORE GETTING OFF THE PHONE!
Slide tandems to rear, open trailer doors, and back into dock door. Walk over to receiving office with paperwork to check in. At 4am I got a text from capstone to pay lumper fee, once you pay lumper fee wait for a phone call to come and get your paperwork. At 5:40am I got a final call to come and get my paperwork.
Hey fellow drivers be careful if you guys coming here to deliver the load my oppointment time was 8.00 am and now it’s 11.38 am still at the door I go in a receiving office to check and the lady keep saying wait for the call wait for the call like robot. I have a oppointment for my next pick up and I’m gonna miss it so thank you schnucks for wasting my day here. I wish could give them a 0 star. Waste of time *******
My appointment was for 0745... checked in at 1900 the night before. The staging area is fantastic. There is ample room in order to back into docks... called to a door at 0430. Lumper fee paid. Unloading was within an hour. Then, I had to wait an additional 4 hours for the office to "process the bills". The office area was quiet inefficient. Very slow.
Early arrival parking available and finish break parking available. Park first then walk up to guard shack to check in. Fill out check in form on table to right of window, before handing over any bills.
Wait for phone call for your assigned door. Slide tandems to rear of trailer open doors put seal on floor of trailer.
Appt was for 0600. Arrived at 2130. Park, go to guard check. They gonna check you in, and call you before appt to proceed to the dock
Called me at 0400,
0700 out , and you can park again in the overnight parking. And you not gonna ruin your hours
