I went to Napa hoping to find a brake light socket that would fit my application and I did, when I looked at the inside of the socket I noticed it looked like the two I returned to AutoZone because they didn't hold the lightbulb inside correctly causing them to not light up. When I told the manager the story he said he wouldn't sell me the part because Napa doesn't warranty their products, I asked him to test it out in the store to make sure it works he said no he doesn't have time for that, I said so if I buy this and it's defective you won't give me a refund. he said that's correct we don't warranty our products. I expected a lot more from Napa, that will be the last time I go to Napa for any parts, I guess I'm not the only one who feels that way cause the store was empty.
Rude, terrible service. There are plenty of alternatives available for basic auto parts needs, so in my opinion it's all about service and convenience, and this place offered neither. After my experience with this location, I'll never step foot in a Napa store again.
Called to price a CV axle and the guy just said "we don't have them" and then hung up on me. Talk about poor service! And what kind of parts store doesn't carry CV axles???
Family run and operated. And they treat you like family. Right down to the wisecracks making you know you're more than just a customer.
I'd give 10 stars if possible.
