I recommend taking items to the register for a price check. I went to buy an oil drain pan with a shelf tag showing $11.99, but it rang up at $48. $53 and change after tax.The tag was outdated from 2020, so it hadn't been updated. Staff seemed unwilling to correct the mistake. Pricing inconsistencies like this are VERY frustrating, and the store should en sure all tags are accurate to avoid misleading customers. This has happened to me multiple times at this location
Just went into orileys this morning and bought $140 in fuel hose 2 6ft sections and they guy nick gave me the wrong size on one section went back an hour later to exchange the 1 6ft section for a size larger and he told me I can’t return it cause it hose even though he gave me the wrong size and told me he doesn’t give a shit casue it’s not his problem real stand up guys that work here the last time Ill do business with this orileys Nick is extremely rude and shouldn’t be working the counter and selling the wrong size fuel line I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still had to get another 6 ft section of the right size hose to get my job done so if your in a pinch and need to get a job done don’t go here
I had gone in for an emergency minutes before they had to close, I needed a battery for my car and one of the guys there was kind enough to put the new battery in for me. I wish I had asked for his name but I didn't. I knew they were ready to go home but they helped me out anyways. I tried to tip him for this and due to me being so there so late but he politely refused to take it. Very sweet dude.
What happened to the knowledge parts people I mean the one that actually know what they aretalk8ng about not the 20 year old kid that don't have a cluewhat he's talking about but acti g like he got 20 as a tech under his belt
Had to replace the thermostat on my son's car in the parking lot at O'Reilly's, those guys were more than great, lent a few tools I needed and were super helpful
It took they over 30 minutes to find a bulb for my truck they argued saying I needed a different kind and it turned out I was right and had to go right back in and wait another 20-25 minutes and get the ones I told them that I wanted in the first place and guess what. They worked I will never go here again the people working here don’t know what they are doing at all they are going to give someone a wrong part and destroy their car.
Very helpful! Hocked up there hand held diag. and figured out my moms car needed a new thermostat! Love this place. Always have had a good experience! Always get good service! Way to go O'Reilly employees! Thank you for all your help! Highly recommend!
This is one of the rare auto parts stores that still honors the veterans discount! If that isn't enough persuasion then they will also refund cash if paid by debit card so long as it's not too much money.
Needed a new battery for my truck. Desk help was great. They came out and tested both the alternator and the battery. Let me borrow a couple of wrenches to do the installation right there in the parking lot.
I was a bit frazzled when I came in the other day for oil, and the employee nicely reminded me to get a funnel. It wasn't a huge thing but their friendliness lightened my mood and they continued to be friendly and personable throughout the transaction. It was a pleasant spot in my otherwise gloomy day :)
I've learned to go to O'Reilly's instead of the other places. O'Reilly's takes a person need and what you have they helped me out so much todaynot be able to go somewhere and get the money for pick up the part that I need it was brought to me down I will always go to them from now. Gteat employees. Very helpful. They looked up What we needed and then helped to find if they had the items to put the part into the car. They did not. So we had to make another stop but the price of the part for the car was cheaper there than anywhere else. Great job!!!
Check your parts before you leave... Have to pay for a brake job twice bexause of they're negligence...! The one rotor doesn't even match the bolt pattern for the car, its also boxed in the same box same serial numbers... Not happy at all and no compensation for they're costly error... What kind of business makes a costly error like this and doesn't compensatate for the inconvenience and labor cost...
