Recently my son and his pregnant wife had a blow out on the highway. We stopped by this location to get help on the special lug nut socket they needed for the car. Jordan was so helpful and friendly. Even after our first attempt went wrong because I grabbed the wrong size socket he helped again to get the right one. I am very grateful to have meet Jordan and for his help. I would recommend him and this store to anyone.
Pat was very helpful over the phone and Justin went above and beyond! I was stuck right across the street and Justin walked with me to check my car for error codes. He let me know right away it was likely a starter issue. Great service, awesome people!
Had some pretty intense car troubles 4 hours into a long roadtrip. Luckily made it to this O’Reilly, and the service was amazing. Justin ( I assume a manager) was so patient, helpful, and kind to us during a very stressful time - he even offered to stay open a late if we needed him too.
He really made a stressful situation so much easier.

I recently went to O’Reilly’s to get a new battery, and the service was fantastic! Two gentlemen who worked there were kind enough to help me install the new battery in my car. Since the battery is located under the passenger seat, it was a tricky and time-consuming process to get the old one out and the new one in, but they handled it with such patience and professionalism.
I’m so grateful for their help and willingness to go above and beyond. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience so much easier. I would highly recommend O’Reilly’s for their knowledgeable and helpful staff!
Overall, I had a good experience at the Eureka O'Reilly store. The associate was busy with another customer who had a more complicated issue, so I had to wait a while at the counter to pay. His attention to her and her issue should be complimented as he was patient and provided great customer service to her. Once he was free, he was polite and friendly to me, so I was satisfied with my experience.
Where are the older guys at because these young dudes ain’t getting it. They told me that the Freon attachment was $60.00 with tax but when I went down the street to Autozone it was $9.00 and some change. Not a dummy
I've had several great experiences here. Most recently the clerk helped me save $30 by suggesting I restore my headlights instead of buying new bulbs. He recommended this brand based on personal experience. Worked like a charm.
This is the first time I have actually been to this O'Reilly's in several years. The guys working at the store were very friendly and had exactly what I needed and looking for. Though I live by several other automotive stores I'll make an effort to drive a few extra miles to get my parts from this O'Reilly's store.
Wanted to post a shout-out to the O’Riely Auto Parts store in Eureka. Stopped in with a bad battery in my dad’s pickup truck today and their team member Chris helped me get the right battery and installed it while I waited. The truck is running great now. I can’t thank Chris or recommend the O’Riely Auto Parts store enough!!!
Had both cars tested because the oil change place said battery was done. They were correct, O'Reilly checked, sold and installed two new batteries on our vehicles. Thank you for the great service.
Always friendly and very helpful. Bought an air filter and as bad luck would have it, the one they gave me didn't fit. Took it back in with the old one as well. Tried a different brand and it looked perfect. Fit the car just right.
I rely on O'Reilly's and they've never let me down.

I kindly asked of I could get a diagnostic done for a check engine light. The guy says to me " well let me help this customer first then i will look for the plug but I AIN'T GONNA LOOK ALL NIGHT." I left of course. Well I went to Autozone right down the road. They helped me the second I walked in the door. I purchased a 200$ part as well as 150$ in cleaning supplies for stocking stuffers. I own 5 vehicles that I service myself. Ill buy for Autozone.
The guys here are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help you. The store is always well stocked and clean. I won't go anywhere else because they've always been so helpful to me. In fact, one of the staff members here saved me a ton of money on car repair. Honest, helpful, and hard-working folks. Only sell you what you need.
We bought brake pads. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The man that sold us the pads suggested that we borrow a special tool that is used to retract the piston in order to remove the pads. They loaned is the tool for free! We just had to pay a refundable deposit.
The worker who helped me was very helpful. He has been my favorite person to speak with because he is very knowledgeable about the store's layout. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer satisfaction is achieved. He really goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care as a customer.
Its were we go to get our auto needs met... Staff is very helpful very friendly and very knowledgeable. They try to help u out in any problem u are having plus try to be friendly and make your experience fun at the same time...
Not as big as say Advanced Auto parts, or AutoZone, but they usually have what I'm looking for. The staff is always helpful, and their prices are pretty decent too.
My favorite auto parts house . Knowledgeable staff. Don't be afraid to ask for what you want. Sometimes the bargains are behind the counter....such as wiper blades.
