Cheaper than the dealer for sure - initially took in my car for axle replacement and bad misfire. Turned into a major engine repair . Also thought I needed new brakes but turned out to be just a bad sensor. Rudy was great to work with and took time with me to go over what they found from bore scope and to explain what was going on . It did take a lot longer than expected but I can understand why since this was a major repair and that they wanted to make sure everything was all good before completing the repair. They were also able to provide a loaner car while mine was being repaired .
RPM was extremely helpful and transparent in repairing my car! They communicated frequently with me throughout the process, discussed pricing, and had it repaired fast.
I've been using these guys for a while and it has always been the best experience. The quotes are super fair, they get the work done quickly, and never try to add unnecessary things to the bill. I know a little about cars and usually try to do my own work on them, but it's worth it to me to take them here. They do it right. Highly recommended

Recently a valve cover failed while under warranty. I was advised of the problem, assured there would be no charge to repair, promptly scheduled and the repair done while I waited. The personal service everyone at RPM provides is above and beyond. I had an emergency right before Christmas and after getting no help from six other shops, my daughter reminded me that she used RPM when she lived in town. Sure enough, they understood the jam I was in and took care of my problem on the spot. I told them I was so impressed that they would have our business from here on out and it’s a promise we’ve kept. My husband’s car needed service and had a couple of issues and RPM took care of us immediately, keeping us informed along the way. I can’t say enough good things about them!
RPM is always prompt, transparent, and most importantly kind. Positive experiences with everyone I’ve encountered there. Also their newsletter is the best mail surprise ever! (Seriously, they have a newsletter and it’s adorable) Would never take my car anywhere else.
I started using them to get my emissions checks, but once my car was through with the dealership service package, I've started bringing it here simply because I feel they've been trustworthy. As a female who doesn't know much about cars trying to make sure the car my child is now driving, things like that mean so much.

I’ve only had positive experiences at RPM. I can always get in when I need to, they never push me to do anything I don’t need done, and always check in afterwards to ensure everything is still good!
I called over 20 vehicle inspections after finding out that dobbs, tella, jiffy lube and ect. was booked for that day and several days later then I called RPM CAR CARE they got me in within minutes from talking to them on the phone. The customer service here was excellent, short wait time, and short waiting time on the phone. I would recommend this shop for car repairs just for the simple fact that customers time matters here, local shop which is better then a chain, and communication with the shop is easy to understand and answer the phone in timely matter.

I needed an emissions test and was in a hurry. They got me in and out in around 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and excellent service. I plan to return for future car services.
Needed an emissions inspection. They were super helpful when my car didn't pass and needed to be run thru the cycle to pass. Re tested me a week later for free. Definitely recommend these guys for their honesty and help.
I cannot speak more highly of this place! Everything from the owners, workers, and just wonderful experience, they are extremely professional. I've been burned by so many auto shops, so I'm always apprehensive, but not this place. 10/10 would, and have recommended them to everyone! No one wants to have their car fixed, but this is my now go to mechanic. P.S. thanks for the donut lol!
Everyone at RPM was super friendly and professional. I went in to get my AC fixed and they took photos of broken part of my car and showed what they were replacing which was very helpful and transparent. Any big car fixes I'll be visiting them from now on and would recommend anyone else who is looking for honest mechanics in the area.
I had the best experience at RPM. I called in to see if I can get an emissions test for my 2019 Honda passport. The gentleman I spoke to said to bring it down he would get taken care of as soon as possible. I was there within 10 minutes of my conversation and they took care of me. Great customer service great conversation Very comfortable environment and I highly recommend them. Such a great group of employees!
The folks at RPM simply do things the right way. With excellent communication and transparency, you’re never left to doubt what is happening to your vehicle. They even use an online customer portal to show you pictures and descriptions of work needed from their detailed vehicle inspections with prices, allowing you to approve or decline services. Thank you for always taking such great care of my cars!

This team was nothing short of amazing. I came in late on a very hot Friday night after finding a flat tire on my car as I was leaving work. They got me right in no questions asked and wasn’t going to let me pay. Their customer service was the best I’ve experienced in any industry in quite a while. Definitely will be back!
Recently came here for my emissions test/inspection. Super easy to schedule with, and very friendly staff. I really appreciated how fast I got scheduled and had everything taken care of! Great place.
They were very helpful and honest about what needed to be fixed on my car after I had been given the run around by many other shops. I was also very pleased with their willingness to fit me into the schedule without an appointment. If you are a woman and looking for a honest, trustworthy, and charismatic group of guys this is the shop.
RPM took care of my Volvo, quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. They were very communicative throughout and the repair was done quickly and for a fair price. I highly recommend them.
I needed safety inspections first my car recently and called RPM Car Care to schedule, based on the good reviews found. The folks at RPM were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I had to reschedule, due to dead battery. When I called back they explained that my car needed to be driven for a while with the new battery before inspection could take place. Finally was able to reschedule inspections with them and they couldn’t have been nicer. I will definitely take my car there again for future maintenance and repair.
I absolutely couldn't be happier. I know some other reviews say that there are fake reviews here from family/friends of employees, but this is definitely not one of them. I have a 2008 Saab 9-3 Turbo X. Most little things I just do myself but recently I had a vacuum hose leak that I just couldn't get to.
I had been referred to RPM by a friend in the Saab Club of North America. It's super reassuring to pull up and see various Saabs waiting for repair/pickup along with RPM's own company cars which are also Saabs. I dropped my car off Wednesday (a few hours before they closed), they looked at it on Thursday, called me and told me they overnighted the part, then got right to the repair Friday morning. I picked it up a few hours later. The prices are very reasonable. Customer service is very good as well.
Additionally, I have front and rear dash cams and I can confirm that everyone who dealt with my car was professional and no one did any crazy stunts or speeds with it. I recommend RPM to all Saab owners and other car owners as well.
