Front office people are rude and talk to you like you're stupid. Some of their procedures feel like it's impossible to get your car out of their lot while they rack up the storage fees. I'm ashamed that the city of Wentzville has a contract with them. My mother was in a car wreck and the city had her car towed here. Almost a week of jumping through hoops to get no where. Stay far away as possible from this leech of a company.

Driver was excellent took really good care of car of my baby.

Maverick helped my husband this morning after a blow out from a steel ladder dropped on the highway. Fast, safe and reasonable!!

They are not open 24/7 and customer service was awful. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. You do not need this added stress when you are already dealing with the stress of car issues.

Next time one of your tow trucks jumps onto the freeway and cuts me off in my semi I’m going to plow into it and go after your million dollar coverage. Tell your driver that was driving BT 11 today who was picking up a black bmw on i64 west. You don’t just jump off a shoulder into the highway in front of a semi that’s going highway speed especially with me at 75k pounds.

Budget towing with a 80$hook up & 5$ a mile🤣🤣. That is not Budget towing of any sort. Call around before choosing a company this, this is on the high end. Like when u got shopping & see a red or yellow tag, in this case it says budget towing so u think it's cheap. But it's definitely not

Owner is a real nice guy. People working there are a group of outstanding people. Good group of people helping people, it's a beautiful thing!

My car was towed here after being stolen and recovered.(If they had let me use AAA I could have had it towed to my mechanic for free) Had to pay $70 for "two" days because they got it at 10:30 at night. The guy who walked us back to our car was a complete jackass making snarky comments about all the things we must have done wrong to get our car stolen. They have a total racket with their contract with the city.

Worst customer service ever! Told me they would tow my car quickly and 3 hrs later kept getting the run around. Customer service had a nasty attitude when asked about pickup time

Excellent service! We were in a bind and they were so helpful. Under promise but over delivered. George and Ethan were out to us in 20 minutes. Provided fast and excellent service. Felt safe and secure.

The driver diagnosed my issue and handled my vehicle with care. He was very friendly. They showed up pretty quickly and gave an accurate quote over the phone. A 50 mile tow was $50 cheaper than the next lowest priced place. I was very pleased with the service and cost.

So how are they only open 9 am till 5. My car ran out of gas 1 mile from home. By the time I got home and walked back 30 mins mins you they towed it back to their facility and Holding it hostage. Plus it was a 3 day holiday. When I went in to get hassles and lies. Tried getting my registration out of glove box and was treated as if I was trying g to rob them !! Rude

This place has a complete and utter lack of respect for a person's time. I called @ 6:30am for a tow @ 8:30am. I was told that it wouldn't be an issue. They then called @ 8:22am to say they are running a bit behind. Which isn't the end of the world. Then they call me back at 9:30am and tell me it's going to be a few more hours because of they're 'contracts'. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced!!! If you are not going to actually serve the general public. You should let people know that whenever they call. I called a different tow company and they will be here in 30min. Side note. My truck is broken down an hour away from where we live.

Called at 1AM for a tire change. Answered my call right away, got to the vehicle in less than 10 minutes and had her on the road in under 5 minutes. Fast reliable service. Thank you!

Son called for a tow at 6pm was told it would be 1 hour to 1:30. Waited til 9 and called again they told him they had other calls that were priority. They left him sit on the side of the road all night!! My husband had to go get him in morning. Called to asked when they were towing it and the guy had no clue what I was talking about! I would never leave a bad review but this was unacceptable.

Not friendly. Tried to tell me they dont accept insurance payment. Then went on to say I would have to be there when my insurance people came to get the car. I live an hour away and that just doesn't make sense. Needless to say insurance took care of everything and they just stressed us out for no reason. And the reason we needed towed was because my Daughter and I had just had an accident. We were ok but it's just the fact that there is already so much going on and then you have people like this making things harder. Only thing good they di was be quick to come get the car to collect their money.

Omg!!! What can I say.. I will use this tow company if I ever need to. My Aunt's vehicle would not go into reverse, Dylan the tow truck driver went beyond his duty.. he worked on her vehicle and got it to go into gear where she could drive it to the shop in St Charles.. We cannot say enough about the Service and Dylan!! Thank you so much you made our day.. such an Awesome experience........

I don't typically write bad reviews, but Budget Towing totally screwed me last night and I want folks to know. I called Budget Towing in a pinch to see if they could move an industrial riding lawnmower about 25 miles. They agreed and said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours before they could get there. At the 1.5 mark, I called to get an ETA, but no one answered the phone. Called again after 2 hours had passed, still no answer. I ended up waiting around 3 hours and they never showed up or called with any update. I called Ratholland Towing and had an excellent experience.

These guys were there for us when we really needed it, and even were able to accommodate our hard financial situation, thus avoiding costly overdraft fees from the bank when finances are already stretched out to the max. The driver was quick, professional, and understanding! Will definitely recommend Budget Towing in Wentzville to anyone needing that kind of service!

We are a business owner that had some cars towed due to abandonment. One of those cars was one of our shopping plaza employee that just so happen to be on vacation. We reached out to this company to tell them the scenario to see if there was anything we could work out. The owner REFUSED to even speak to me even after I called a second time and even showed up to see if something could be worked out with the employee and our business. Yes the employee should have notified us BUT people need grace. I get the Budget Towing line of work "everyone has a sad story" but NOT even giving me the time to explain to see if we could meet in the middle for all parties involved. Our business will not do any further business with Budget Towing nor will I recommend you. To refuse to even hear the story is completely unprofessional! Sometimes we need some grace. I was NEVER asking for FREE. I was trying to meet somewhere in the middle.

I had one of their drivers pull up behind me on Pitman rd at a high rate of speed and he got within 6 ft of the rear of my car before slowing down. The driver terrified my wife. He then followed us to our residence and threatened us. I am a AAA member and will definitely let them know about this.

I blew a tire on I70 highway. They told me they were sending someone right away. After sitting on the side of the highway for nearly an hour, I called to see where they were at. I was informed that a driver was just then leaving their facility nearly 30 minutes away. I would advise to not use this company

Very happy customer! I've used Budget Towing twice to have one of my vehicles dropped off and picked back up from a local mechanic shop. They were super fast and lower in price than others in the area. I appreciate the great communication between the office staff and the drivers. Your driver Nate was also very professional. I would give them zero stars if possible. My car was towed here during a snow storm. Had to get it out after holding it for 2 days! Only one girl working and needless to say wasn't friendly. The Phone ringing off the hook so we couldn't get any service. Their yard wasn't plowed. Took forever getting my car off the their lot due to heavy snow. Went to pay and they apparently only take cash..nobody bothered to tell me that when I called. Just an over all HORRIBLE experience! There are other towing places much better. Would NEVER use this place!

I called them to tow my car after an accident. The driver could tell how upset I was and came to get my car even though it was out of the normal range. Not only that but he took me home since it was on the way to the auto body shop. On the drive he kept the mood light to help ease my frazzled nerves. Once we got to my home, he let me get my personal belongings out of the car. Thank you David. You're a pretty awesome driver!

I needed a tow today due to a tire blowout. The dispatcher was very friendly and professional. The driver, Frank, arrived in a timely manner. He got me hooked up and off the road quickly and safely, and towed my car to the service center I requested. He was very thorough; explaining the entire process and fee structure to me. After unloading my car, he saw I was about to be stranded at the service center for several hours. He drove me home! I know it was only slightly out of the way he was headed, but still very much appreciated. I felt safe and comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely recommend Budget towing. And Frank!

I was driving my classic 1954 Oldsmobile on Memorial day weekend when the brakes failed. Nothing got hurt but I needed to have my car taken home. I got my car into a parking lot and called home to have my wife contact someone.
