A little while back we chose / called Superior Towing / Transportation Services because our Harley Davidson Trike broke down and left us stopped. It just took the driver a short time to get to our location, with the proper, newer, clean, flatbed, rollback type tow truck, to carefully handle our very nice, expensive, Harley Davidson Tri Glide Ultra. Their driver used recovery straps along with some soft ties, to carefully, slowly, pull the trike up onto their flatbed / rollback type tow rig. He made sure it was safely secured before taking it to our local HD dealer for repairs. We appreciated their care and professionalism taken with our pride and joy, hauling it to the repair facility. Pricing was fair / inline with industry standards for the services they provide on a 24/7/365 type service. I would definitely use them again. Tim & Bev Griffith Lake St Louis, Mo.

I was driving through St. Louis on a road trip when my car suddenly broke down—it was a pretty scary situation being far from home and not knowing the area. Superior Transport was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They answered my call right away, arrived quickly, and immediately put me at ease. The driver was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves.

I witnessed a very aggressive tow truck driver this morning with Superior Transport Services in O'Fallon, Missouri. The tow truck driver was merging onto east bound highway 70 in O'Fallon and did not properly merge into oncoming traffic instead he forced a car off the road and nearly got rear-ended. He used his blow horn and sirens to let out his anger which is only supposed to be used when responding to a police emergency. The behavior of this tow truck operator was reckless and dangerous and the owner of this company needs to be aware of their employee. If an accident had occurred I would have certainly stopped and reported this behavior to the authorities.
When you merge onto the highway you are supposed to yield to traffic. Not push them out of the way by acting like a bully. Just because you have emergency apparatus on your vehicle does not mean you are to abuse that privilege.
The driver was hauling a lift. This occurred August 6, 2025 at 7:27 am. Hopefully the O'Fallon Police will take note of this tow company.
Worst Company Ever – SCAMMED and DISRESPECTED by Superior Transport Services
This was hands down the most infuriating experience we've ever had with a transport company. Paula from Superior Transport Services contacted us and then completely scammed us. We gave them very clear instructions on where to deliver our truck — they flat-out ignored them and dumped the vehicle wherever they felt like, with zero regard for what we asked or needed. But that’s not the worst part. They charged us $1,500 for a job that took LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. Let that sink in. Twenty minutes. No heavy lifting. No complications. Just greed. The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism here is shocking. This company is not only incompetent — they are unethical. They will take your money, lie to you, and do whatever they want regardless of what you agreed on. Avoid Superior Transport Services at all costs. They do not deserve your business — or anyone’s.
We got into an accident. We were driving a semi truck and towing a stack of trailers. They charged us $850 a piece for the trailers! The bill was over $6500 to go four miles! The insurance responsible for paying wanted to pay them electronically so our truck can be taken to the shop. They only take credit card or check. So State Farm has to send them a check and we have to wait longer to get our truck in the shop. The “lady” in the office is EXTREMELY rude anyone who calls, unless you talk about money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! State Farm has even said they have never ran into a tow company like this.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They charged $1300 dollars just to tow our vehicle! They are shady and adjust pricing how ever they see fit. They fit in better with Illinois and the scams they have going on. it’s sickening. One star because you must chose a star to leave a review.
