I went in a little late to get a state inspection done, (I let them know I’d be late) when I got there I was greeted as soon as I walked in they asked for some info and took my keys within 10-15 minutes of sitting there my car was done! It was super easy and fast. They were awesome!

Well this actually surprised me..pick any place in town and see what they charge you to mount and balance 4 tires..all of them are right at 100 dollars even if you bring your own tires..not Diehms tires..they charged me 160 dollars to mount and balance 4 tires.thats 40 dollars each..we talk to them about this and they refused to fix this issue..I suggest people find other garages to get your auto work done..I've been doing business with them for alot of years,,I am done with them..they are lucky I don't take them in court for price gouging..stay away from Diehms..

Junior was a God send when my diesel truck was found a continum of engine surges. He wasn't able to work on diesels but he helped me when I was in a mess. He put in on their computer and showed me codes so if something else was diagnosed I could back myself up and look et them know I Already KNEW THE CODES . SO I COULDNT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEN TO ANYONE! AND I WILL BE TAKING MY TRUCK IN FOR SHOCKS TO BE REPLACED BC I HAVE 2 BROKEN ONES BECAUSE SOMEONE STOLE MY TRUCK W/O PERMISSION AND WHEN IT WAS FOUND IT HAD BROKEN FRONT SHOCKS! AMONGST MANY OTHER PROBLEMS! THERE'S SOME EVIL PPL IN OUR WORLD!
We had a blowout on our horse trailer 5 hours from home and 20 miles from anywhere. I had an amazing experience here. They were all very attentive, friendly, helpful and quick. I came from Kansas City because my husband was working the railroad and popped his tire. I drove to the closest town and found this tire shop and I’m glad I did. They had to order a tire for our car but they got it right away at 8am the next morning. If you’re ever near here, I highly recommend this shop for anything.
When we got a flat on I70 - heading cross-country for a move, Jacob Diehm was the man who showed up to help us through his towing service. Super friendly, competent, and kind, he helped us out in no time. Since it was late (after 9 pm), we stayed the night in Marshall. We had our choice of where to get a new tire the next morning - and you can bet we went to Diehm's Tire because we had already seen how friendly and kind Jacob was.
We weren't disappointed. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone who helped us was really friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend.
Very professional and great turn around time handling a roadside after hours tire issue on one of my trailers. Will definitely use again if my trucks have issues in this area.
Was passing through this town and needed an oil change and liked the fact I can pull into the parking lot with a trailer, it has a concrete driveway, and overall looked like a nice place. Went inside and was promptly helped and set a noon appointment for an oil change because there was an 11am appointment ahead of me. That appointment didnt show so they went ahead and knocked mine out. It only took about 20 minutes and the price was fair. Wish we had a place like this in the town I lived in.
I first went to Jake and the guys for service on my HHR some years ago. Then I switched to Driving Old Volvos. They're one of the ONLY Shops for over 100 miles that have agreed to ever work on my car. Most shops out here won't touch old European cars.

We can't say enough nice things about Diehm's Tire Service, they helped us out during a very stressful situation. We were traveling from Kansas back to Nashville, TN when one of our tires came off on the interstate. Diehm's dispatched a tow truck very quickly and once we got there, it took them about an hour and a half start to finish to get us back on the road. This was much appreciated as we had a long trip ahead. They took great care of us, very quickly and our bill was extremely reasonable. We couldn't have been happier with the service and everyone was very friendly as well. They even took care of our little dog by bringing her some treats and water! Highly recommended!

I had a trailer blow out on a hot June day on busy interstate 70 east of Marshall Mo. I did a random google search and found Diehms Tire. They had good reviews online. Now I can see why. They had a truck and tire to me and a back on the road within 2 hours. Friendly helpful people. I’d highly recommend them.
Our battery died while at the fairgrounds for the eclipse. I called Jr and he said he would send someone out as soon as he could. 15 minutes later Cory came and jumped our car. He kindly suggested to follow him back to the shop to get a new battery installed. When we got to the shop everyone was very helpful and nice. A gentleman offered my 2 yr old crayons and a coloring page while we waited. Our car was serviced quickly and painlessly and we were back on the road in about 20 minutes.
Took our vehicle there to get inspected and our biggest fear was they would "find" a problem. Well, they did! They tried to bilk us out of $500+ for a fix that cost $65, and wasn't an issue to begin with. I wouldn't suggest using them unless your vehicle is off the lot and brand new, and even then, I believe they would find something wrong. I would find another place that isn't looking to make a quick buck...
