I called to check if they had the part the gentleman and the phone informed me yes they did they had it set aside for my son when they got there wonderful customer service
Staff is great helping find the products you need and try their best to accommodate with products, installing certain things and with ordering parts that aren’t regularly in inventory but getting it delivered as fast as possible.
So I tried to call Washington Missouri but my phone gave me Marshall Missouri and I luckily got a hold of a young guy named Reed that works there. and reed is the most helpful young man I've ever talked to at any auto parts store to date .. I'm always getting auto parts .. I stopped going to the Washington store cuz they have a bunch of young kids that are not very helpful because they're not very intelligent about cars. . which is fine .(Hell have 1 or 2 older folks that know simple stuff ) and they're all very rude.. but as luck would have it I called the wrong store very far away from me and got a hold of Mr Reed.. reed if u see this. You young man went the extra mile to help me.. I'm gonna let Washington O'Reilly's.know they need to bring you to here so I can shop here again haha. . Reed you are a stand up guy and your gonna go far if u are always helpful and kind ?? good luck

Everytime I order thru them something its always a bad experience. Suppose to be next day (yesterday) shipping still haven't received it says won't get it till Wednesday now. Done shopping here. Shipping issues, wrong parts, bad service.
I needed both windshield wipers for my car and the young guy even put them on for me. I had concerns about my new battery and the owner looked at it and said it's fine. I didn't buy the battery there. This is a great store that puts the customer first!! I will go back.
The #1 parts store in town. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Went into the store as my check engine light was on (which was tested for FREE). Received the O2 sensor I needed to fix the problem. Had the sensor installed and cleared the code. PROBLEM SOLVED!

Went to go get a car battery charged because it was dead and they told me the battery was completely bad. Went to AutoZone and they got it charged just fine.
All the right parts!! And with places coast to coast....no worries of one would fair at some point down the road...great people also...freaidly clean and safe place to do your shopping. Thank for all your help at any point I need it!
Does not deserve a one star. Poor customer service. If you order parts online they do not notify you if the parts come in. Have waited on two different orders both of which parts were in stock at store, 3 days later when they answered the phone no one knew anything. Store is dirty and dingy. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have went into store several times since we have a business account and walked out because of poor service.
I have been dreading to fix my headlight that is out. Collyn from Oriellys helped me out ,was able to do EVERYTHING in less than 10mins! Supper great Customer Service & person!!
No waiting. Asked person at counter for what I needed. He walked right to the shelf. Bang I had what I needed and was done. I wish more places could do that. Thx.
Great place to go if you have an issue with your vehicle, provided you have the tools and know how to fix it. The staff is very knowledgeable and can try to help you but you still have to turn the wrenches.
The two guys working today 7/15/18 are awesome! Got towed here because our truck overheated on our way to Colorado from Pennsylvania. Called ahead and had the parts waiting on us and very very helpful and went out of Their way to help us. Great experience, thanks for the help!
Had a real nice experience the employee's there are willing to go the extra mile to help u get what u need or if they can't find it they try every avenue to help you to fix the problem
