YES I LOVE AUTOZONE THE WORKERS DO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY HAVE HELPED ME LOTS OF TIMES AFTER A LIL WHILE THEY WILL LEARN YOUR NAME AND THIER HOURS ARE BETTER THAN SOME OTHERS CUZ YOU CAN GET OFF WORK AND STILL GET PARTS TO WORK ON SOMETHING OTHER THAN HAVING TO TAKE OFF WORK TO DO IT

A little disappointed with Autozone. I have made purchases over past years. Went by store to have my battery and starter tested, the sales person came out and tested both. He showed me the results that were saying bad starter and good battery. He then showed me the price of a rebuilt starter. I decided to get a second option from local Ford garage. Starter was fine needed a new battery, just did not appreciate wrong information from Autozone Rep. parts are expensive enough purchasing the correct one much less the wrong ones.

I am thankful for the great lengths that they went through to try and help me. They ran test, collaborated with one another, and showed me kindness. Not to sell me anything but to help. They couldn't fix my issue but they let me use the phone and gave me their address. They are knowledgeable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if another problem arises.

I asked for help and the employee couldn't figure out what kind of transmission fluid my vehicle needed. He literally told me he couldn't help me, nor did he find someone who could. 2 other employees were also there

We were in town for the day to attend a funeral. The low oil level light came on. I was in dress clothing, w/o a change, so I couldn't check the oil w/o getting dirt, grease, & oil on my clothes. The gentleman volunteered to check the level and add whatever was necessary to get us on the road home. Thank you!!!

The store manager David seems to not want to work well with customers. Has absolutely no clue really what he's doing. Was not a pleasant experience.

I had a loose battery connection which required a new bolt. AutoZone replaced the bolt for me with no extra charge. They were very kind and it was much appreciated.

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. And almost always have what i need. If theres one thing i dont like its the stupid social distancing rope and sneeze screens. When they get rid of those, itll be perfect.

The people who work there seem to know nothing. Called to price a part and was told they had it in stock after getting there waited 15 minutes before someone asked what I needed then waited another 15 minutes just to be told they couldn't locate the part so trip wasted.

I'm sure the store & employees are great...my only complaint is how much difficulty I had with the app & website pulling up the correct store I was at so I could purchase windshield wipers online & do a store-pick up as soon as the order went thru. It was raining & my plan was to order them while sitting in their parking lot & have them install them once the order was complete. (I didn't have my debit card with me...so I was paying with PayPal online like I've done in the past when buying a new battery a couple months ago). It kept sending me to the wrong store location & it ended up doing it once again while I was checking out/finishing my wiper purchase. So i had to cancel the order that was sent to a store in Cape Girardeau, MO. It shouldn't have been that frustrating & difficult to lock in the store i was at (i was out of town...not at my local, hometown AutoZone.

Auto zone goes above and beyond. Last night in sub zero temperatures, a tall man with long wavy hair helped me change out my light bulb on my Lincoln. I can't thank him enough!

We were half way home on a six hour drive and lost both low beams, these guys were very pleasant and helpful. Even replacing the bulbs for me, THANKS!

Poor service. Unfriendly employees. Served one person in line before me which walked through the door after I was at counter for minutes waiting for the employee to put down his broom from sweeping entrance rug and assist me in the parts I needed him to look up.

Hate calling them. They act snotty as hell sometimes. I've had good service there but when it's bad it's real bad. I just called and got the bad. Im just going to the online stores.

Last summer I had to buy a starter for my brother's car. We always go to AutoZone first. The associates were very helpful, and despite the store being busy made sure I got my part and was checked out quickly. Returning the core was no issue either. That's the kind of experience I always have there. Thank you AutoZone in Moberly.

Ordered a thermostat because they don't stock them only to find out that I'll have to wait another 3 days for a gasket. Im not a car expert, but might be something to suggest to the customer since it is required to replace the water outlet.

Clerk did not take 7$ coupon off. I asked him 3 or 4 times if that amount was discounted and he kept replying it was. After paying and receiving my receipt i realized amount was not taken off. All he said was sorry.

Friendly customer service finally. I didn't catch the guys name, but he was the only one that was even working out of the 3 employees I saw while there. The manager guy is hateful and lazy, making me not want to go there unless there is no other option available.

Carla at autozone was very helpful. There was a part that they did not have but could order and get the next day. She even called napa and O'Reilly to see if they had them in stock but did not and could not get it till 3 days later.

The staff seem eager to help, and the prices are very reasonable. I have bought everything from starters to fuel pumps from them, and never had to return a part because it was the wrong one.
