Brandon and his crew literally are angels on earth! We are traveling thru the state with our RV (we are from SD) when our truck needed emergency repair when it started smoking. They were honest and upfront with us thru the diagnosis and repair process and amazingly got us back on the road within a short time that day. They came recommended to us from a local and we are so very glad to have found them. What was diagnosed to be wrong, if left undetected could/would have ended with a catastrophic engine (battery) fire which would have been devastating for our safety & lives and the life of our dog who travels with us. Their pricing was certainly fair and we cannot thank them enough. We highly recommend Bock Automotive.
They did not properly troubleshoot my truck. Told me my CP3 pump in an LML was bad and I needed a whole new fuel system.
It was my Fass filters that were frozen.
Good thing I understand what I have or he would have taken my CP3 swap pump and brand new injectors. Yeah, nope.

I called Brandon Bock to see If he could look at it late yesterday day. He spent most of today fixing the AC. He knew the kids had to get to upper Michigan by Saturday.

Every time we've gone to Bock they have been kind, courteous, have done an amazing job AND explained options to solve the problem. Never once has one of the guys spoke down to me because I'm female and I would recommend them 100 percent. They have more than earned my families trust.
