Called for a tow due to a 50 dollar ignition issue ended up spending over 1,000 dollars for a problem the tow caused. No accountability and obviously the pictures they took are not UNDER the car where the damage was that they caused
I highly recommend Joe, he came and picked up my car after a storm and was very helpful and nice. I travel throughout the KC area, so if I ever have a problem going forward, I will definitely contact Express Tow and ask for Joe.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This is a horrible company to do business with. They had my girlfriends car towed from their lot without her permission stating that insurance released it and insurance proved they did not. Rhonda is the person who released the vehicle. She then asked me to get the VIN so she could confirm, then tells me 3 people cleaned the car already...come to find out she had the wrong car in the first place, even after confirming the VIN so, to the next person to even speak to speak with Rhonda, good luck she sits on a high horse and management isn't going to do anything about it.

These people are amazing to say the very least. It was morning rush on 35 south and I totaled my vehicle. Thankfully I remembered Rebecca and having her contact information from Express Tow & Recovery. Deven showed in less than 10 minutes to retrieve our vehicle. What a blessing! Courteous and professional. It was a smooth transition from start to finish. So thankful for them and would recommend to anyone in need of service. Thank you.
