He is very busy. It took him over a week to pick up my broken down car. Luckily for me it broke down at my son's house, not on the side of the road. 1 thing I had done was radiator repaired. When I picked it up there was no fluid in the radiator. Rob told me to drive it around a couple days, then come back. A couple days with mo water or anti freeze. I'm not a mechanic. But I'm not stupid. The cost was over $200 than what I was quoted. Plus it took over 2 weeks to get it back. Honestly I would not recommend. If you can Jim's Auto repair in Bowling Green. He was nice & honest
Rob does a great job and is a straight talking professional. I have been going here for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the service. He is honest, knowledgeable and fair. This is the place where you should be taking your car or truck. The dog greeter is added bonus, but he is a little shy.
Have had several inspections with Rob's Auto Care for Missouri DMV. Each time, the shop has been thorough. Able to provide some quick advice and solutions to get things up to par. Long time reputation in the Pike County Missouri area. Recommended.
