Called here 3 time and they dont even say hello just picks up the phone and hangs up. Like what kind of employees do you have here because they cant even pick up the phone

The employees were very helpful and listened to me. Helped me find what would work for my vehicle rather than having to do a special order. They had a good amount of parts in stock, too.
I'm a serious motorhead and I'm always building something. Although there are other automotive supply businesses in the area, I choose to give my business to O'Reilly's just because of the staff. They're always cheerful, courteous and go that extra mile for me. I build some weird stuff and no matter what I go in there for, they go out of their way to fulfill my needs. Plus with O'Reilly Awards, I get between $5 to $15 off every purchase. You can't go wrong with that and because of these reasons, I'm loyal to a business that treats me right.

I had a front low beam bulb go out on my car a few weeks ago while out running errands one evening so I stopped by here because it showed they had the ones my car needed in stock. It was my first time being in here and the store was set up really nice and was clean.
There wasn't any other customers in there and as soon as I walked in the younger guy working there asked if I needed any help and I told him exactly what I was looking for. He was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. I'll definitely be going back for any other automotive needs and just to browse as well.
Ordered a quart of acrylic enamel paint , midnight blue with no metallic...
Went to get it, it was mixed as 2 stage paint and had metallic in it, cost me $270 for thier mistake.
Acrylic enamel is single stage paint around $44 a quart, imagine my surprize when i was told $270 fir a quart of paint, I was treated like it was my mistake. Wrong
