Husband had an accident during a storm. They ended up towing it because highway patrol called them to help. We came the very next day to pick it up and it cost us $880 just to get our vehicle back.
My son put his truck on its side in a slow speed slide off, I think it was D hwy just south of Licking on a Saturday afternoon.
Called a local family friend who has been in the wrecker business for years and they weren't sure they could do what needed to be done. That could have been because of how I described it to them, no shade to them.
Started home to get my backhoe to lift it out of the ditch, had to be lifted, not pulled, to minimize the damage to it. MSHP Showed up told me I couldn't do what I wanted to. I argue that point, but the trooper was great still. He called Jay's.
They showed up probably 30 minutes after the call. Lifted it out and took the truck so we could pay for it later and let the oil drain back to where it's supposed to be for a very fair price on a weekend. Good guys, might look rough to you, they didn't to me at all but I might look rough to you too. All in all, very professional and quick at a very fair price.
He was less than honest when selling me a truck,that's about as nice as I can be on that issue, seems to have good reviews on auto body work and mechanical, mabe he should stick with that!
Awesome bunch of guys the handles everything for me. I had my hands full with my wife and kids and they loaded it right up and delivered it a few days later.
Man I give them a 5 thay help me out the cop's didn't give me her name or anything ins and I am from Arkansas up here and on vacation it's been 2weeks steel trying to get a rental vehicle thay said Tuesday well see give me a old truck my granddaughter starts school Monday and I can't do the things I promised her she's sad I'm sad but God's got this
I had a bearing burn up on my 1 ton dually crew cab and it couldn't be moved. This was while pulling a trailer. Called Jay's and they jumped in their wrecker and came and got me at the same time my son showed up with my other truck. Hooked up to the trailer, Brad loaded my dually and followed me home. Fast, super nice, professional and it was cheaper than I thought it would be. Then found out after we got everything unloaded, they knew my neighbors. Small world. Will use again if I ever need another wrecker.

I had a faulty alternator , ( not installed by Jays ) , Jays came and picked up my auto on a flat bed truck ( very clean and newer ) built for auto hauling . Driver was professional and knew what he was doing , driver brought to my attention tail pipe on my auto was falling off , I told him go ahead and fix it . They fixed my auto promptly , alternator replaced and tail pipe welded ( stainless steel ) . I thought they were a bit pricey at 300 bucks but 75.00 was towing ( reimbursed by State Farm ) . I will call them again if I need repairs .
At first I would have given them 4 stars for their service!However since they picked up our pickup and told us they would it back 2 days ago or yesterday as of yet they have not returned it!They charge 40 dollars a day for a vehicle on their lot the first day being the day they pick it up wether it be 10 hours or 2 hours of that day!Not 40 dollars for every 24 hours.Which is ridiculous they should pay us 40 dollars a day for not returning our pickup as they promised upon being told this they hang the phone up on you!
