Excellent supply of quality parts with knowledgeable staff that help you get what you need to get your repair taken care of. Joel, the store manager, is an excellent manager who has his finger on the pulse of the store all the time, and that's why it's such a well-oiled machine.

Zeb was amazing! We were traveling through on vacation and suddenly had car trouble. It was Sunday so there no mechanic shops open. Zeb diagnosed our car quickly and really went above and beyond to help us.

This auto place is great came to my place and jumped my car then came to the store and replaced my battery couldn't ask for better the guys here are fantastic 🙂

Went to get my part I need to go get my car fix and the man name Jordan was rude and told me if it not the right one to go somewhere else next time .. even though I give the part number and what it was I need not happy with this at all.. I get mistakes happen but you don’t have to be rude to me

I called and yeah they answered me faster than they could get the same info on their computer. So the people working there are not just clerks they know a great deal of vehicle information. That's my go to place.

They charged up our motorcycle battery we had purchased at a different O'Reilly location without any hassle. We were back on the road in no time.

Needed a new battery. I went to the Perryville store. A young man named Tristan, was very polite and courteous. I'm a 60 year old woman and have never changed a battery before. The battery was under the back seat. Tristan took out the old battery and put in the new one for me. Tristan should be considered a VALUABLE EMPLOYEE and he deserves a raise in pay.

Upon entering, I was greeted and immediately helped in order to obtain a cabin air filter for my car. The worker found the right part and was friendly and helpful.

I had a busted inlet hose and only one car. They ordered my part and had it in the next day and the boy even put the hose on for me since I hadn't tools. Thanks for saving me boys. I would have lost my job if not for them. They also took quite a bit of time finding the right part I needed. When I called Auto zone they just wanted to sell me random hose by the foot and not the actual part. Thank you guys it means the world to me that you were able and willing to help and save my a** !!!

This is the one Oriellys I’m not to pleased with. The employees are a bit under educated in the automotive field. They are nice and all but that doesn’t help much when looking for parts

I will not go there again. I stood by the check out desk and no one asked if they could help me. My husband and I went to Auto zone instead. As soon as we stepped in the door there they said hi can we help you with anything?

went in to get a check engine light checked and the guy working did not seem like he knew what he was talking about. he did not go into specifics to what was even wrong. he seemed as if he was guessing what was wrong with the car.

They gave a good deal on wper blades and installed them for me.

They will help you find anything you need and will price match any other place in town or auto parts store and if you have any problems it's very easy to return stuff which is a big plus

I needed licenses plate light bulbs installed on my truck and wasn't sure how to do it. Young man volunteered to do it for me on a very cold night. I think his name was Brett.

Big shout out to Rick for bringing me the parts I needed in a hurry even during a storm not only did he do that but most importantly they were the correct ones and I have never had a bad experience with this store they have my business for sure. Thank you guys!!

I'm from Mobile, Alabama, my windshield wiper was messed up by my car dealership, so I stopped by this O'Riley's and a young guy named Cory fixed it right up for me! He was very courteous and kind. I highly recommend asking for him if you're ever in need of anything there.
