I had bought 4 dump trailers here and the service is top, so glad even being one of the few places to buy a dump trailer, the customer service is really good which now days is hard to find.

Great experience !! Family owned business with the best customer service. Great deal on a pre-owned aluma trailer. I drove over 300 miles to pick it up. Andrew checked everything out and gave me a new spare tire to make sure I made it home without a problem. Definitely worth the trip. Huge selection of trailers and very fair prices. Nice people, good selection, but parts department can't seem to return my calls when I call for parts. I have called to get trailer parts on two different occasions and was told they would call me back with a price and order it, never recieved a call either time. I ordered them elsewhere.

The owners are great. They had parts on hand to fix us up on the road when we had a break down.

They do not stand behind their advertised prices, BEWARE. Looked at their website, picked out a trailer and called them to verify it was in stock, only to be told that the price was higher than advertised ON THEIR WEBSITE. Not a good way to do business. I am glad that I called before driving 3 hours to get there.

Beyond grateful for having found this place. My trailer axle had serious issues on my way home to texas and they stayed open late on a saturday to get me back on the road. The people are great, the service is great, and the price was beyond fair. I would 100% recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing got what I was looking for at a great price

Great place and great owners. Was traveling I-55 on a Sunday and had a trailer tire blow. No one within 60 miles was open and/or available for roadside repair. Called the number listed for Crump’s and got the owner on his mobile. He and his family were on the way to the lake and actually turned around to meet me at the shop and sell me a tire. Saved my bacon for sure. Planning to buy a new trailer from them too in the very near future.

Overall AMAZING business and people. We had horse trailer wiring issues and and were 9 hours from home, no way we could make it back without brakes and lights. They fixed us up in no time with only just a few hours notice before we came into Perryville. The nicest hardworking people you’ll ever do business with! Highly recommend!!

I wouldn't give them any stars...They are rude and hateful. As soon as he seen us he started calling us liars, said we drove in his grass...told him to look at camaras he refused and continued to say we drove in his grass. He told us he was not the owner and to come to find out he was the owner. I think he plays for the wrong team. Don't go to them...fi fi somewhere else to go...

Went in with intention to buy dump trailer, salesman who said he was the owner never got out of his chair, was rude, talked like I was wasting his time. Actually he was wasting my time. He quoted crazy high prices. Went elsewhere same day and purchased a dump trailer with the very same options (that supposedly only Crump's offered) for over $2,000 less! AVOID!!!!!
