Don’t let the few bad reviews fool you. I messed up last night and was stuck on some ice and needed pulled about 30 feet. From the time I called they had me pulled out in about an hour.
Semi with 53ft trailer got stuck at busy intersection because of air leak. Got prompt service and was taken to hunts truck repair shop to get it fixed. Thanks
I was in a very bad situation today. The owner Tyler and his wife went beyond and above to help me out. I cannot Thank them enough for getting back on the road. I had an excavator stuck real bad. Called Sullivan towing, the owner Tyler was on site within 10 minutes, he was on top of the whole situation within minutes letting me know what he was going to do to get it out. He is well organized very knowledgeable of what he needed, worked into the late hours of the night to secure the equipment and get the excavator removed. Tyler and his crew are top notch, him and his crew are great people really enjoyed the whole process of working with them. I can’t say enough how great they were to work with!!! 10 star company as far as I’m concerned! Thanks again Sullivan Towing. If anyone is looking to get a job done right and safe this is the guy to call!!!
Matt was great and fast, he did an awesome job. We had a blowout on our U-Haul trailer and they told us they'd be here in 30 minutes, they actually got here in only 15 minutes and it took them only another 15 to get it done. I'd definitely recommend 10/10.
Lined up Sullivan’s to rotate a piece of farm machinery onto a semi trailer so it could catch a ride back to MN. Top notch service and very detailed about how and where they picked it up at.

Had a blowout on a loaded horse trailer in an area I am unfamiliar with. MO State Police recommended these guys and they were right.
The lady who answered the phone was incredibly helpful, understanding, and prompt. They dispatched someone out quickly, with everything needed to get me back on the road.
Matt, the mechanic they sent was prepared, quick, and professional. Hopefully I won't need them again, but will most definitely use again if needed.
I can’t say enough good about this company. We had a car run one of our semi’s off the road into the median. They were there within 30 minutes and had our truck out of the median. They even followed him to the next exit to check the truck out. Very professional operator and very nice office staff. 10 stars!!!
Sullivan Towing was very responsive and helpful when our car decided to just die in the middle of nowhere 🤣 We have a larger family so they sent 2 tow trucks to help transport the entire family. They found us a dealership to take us to, and helped set us up for the next steps (rental car, decent hotel for the night).

Came to get my tire plugged.. I sat there for an hour and half waiting to see what was going on. They finally came and told me that they couldn’t patch it, and that I could pay for another tire instead. I said no, and they brought my car back from the back and I drove to another tire place. The other tire place plugged my tire within 15 minutes, and said that it was an easy fix! Sullivans is definitely what I heard of it to be a SCAM!
I live an hour and a half away and on my way home from St. Louis my driver tire fell off. Sullivan’s towing got to me in 15 minutes and even drove me to the gas station nearest their shop and I made it home safely via a friend. He could immediately see the issue. I called them when they opened the next morning to see how everything looked and told me exactly what was needed and the cost of everything. Up front and no beating around the bush like I get in the big city that I live in. They had my car done before 2pm. And they are the sweetest people you’ll ever talk with. Even my dad was amazed with their service because, like I said, we don’t get that anywhere here. Thank you Sullivan’s for a wonderful experience.
Had a blowout on the interstate Sunday while 4 hours from home and Sullivan’s was so quick to help! Even helped me find someone to weld my rim! Excellent service and such nice people! I will definitely recommend to anyone in the area or traveling thru!

My go to place anytime I need any maintence done with my car! They get my car in the shop and taken care anytime I call needing something. Affordable, trustworthy, dependable, and done in a quick timely manner. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Best place/ people around. I live in a city 3 hours away and only take my car to this shop when I need something.
Sullivan’s has never let me down! They have been slammed and always managed to get me in the same day. They managed to fix my cruise control, many flat tires, and any other tire needs quickly. They never disappoint. Also, the customer service is phenomenal.
Just wanted to give a big thank you to Sullivan’s . My car just stopped in the middle of a busy intersection(pushed out of road by nice man ) and I didn’t know what to do . I called Sullivans and they sent someone out right away . It was on Saturday and I expected to wait a long time . The tow truck driver was super professional and had me hooked up and towed to their shop in no time . Monday morning when they reopened , they fixed my car and the price was very reasonable . The people that work there are so pleasant .
Great company!!! I was unfortunately in an accident about a year ago that left me being flown to our closest trauma center. My husband had to wait behind for my vehicle to be towed & give a statement for the police. Sullivans was very quick & efficient about retrieving my vehicle. Cheapest pricing around.
Biggest scammers! I experienced terrible service. I waited the whole day for the invoice while the recovery truck was there, and both the broker and customer were asking for updates. The bill was $6,000 for a 1-2 hour job. Even the broker was surprised to hear that amount. Stay away from them!
Scammers!!! Stay away from them if possible or be prepared to pay double, maybe triple rate.
Don't know how they got such a high rate with the service they provide. $6000 for 1-2 hour job is insane. Once they tow your truck, you can expect any amount. And they know you can't do anything to lower that bill, but at least we can leave a review so other truck drivers won't make our mistake
If I can give 0 stars, I would! They are NOT HONEST People to deal with! They will charge you thousands of dollars for towing your vehicle 10-20 miles.

This towing company very bad! They say one price on phone, but after tow, price much higher! They just make up prices how they want and take more money. They don’t do job like I ask, just how they want. Total scam, never use again! Big mistake to call them!
Biggest scammers, whole process took 1.5 hours ( from the moment we called them untill they dropped our truck at their yard).
We didn't even ask them to tow our truck to their yard, all we asked is to drop at the Pilot truck stop or any other safe place. Once they bring your unit into their yard they will rob you, distance being towed 3-10 miles, 1.5-2 hour max, bill is $6000, they are licensed to steal. On the phone they will say one thing, once they bring your truck into their yard they tell you totally different thing
As a repeat customer, I can say I’m always satisfied with Sullivan’s!! Whether it be a flat tire or a bigger issue under the hood, they can always figure it out. Very helpful crew, friendly staff, overall great experience every time!
Biggest scammers, stay far away from them. Charged $6207 for 2 miles. Kept our truck for 24 hours, saying invoice is not ready, now they want us to pay for storage fee.
The owners are Honest, Professional and friendly and will get the job done right and make the inconvenience of car trouble or a crash seem not so bad!!!! Highly recommend Sullivans wrecker service for your vehicle needs.
Broke down due to a blown engine. My trailer was loaded to the max. Tow truck responded quickly and had taken it back to their yard. After waiting for a truck to be brought to me. The next morning the owner generously assisted me in swapping out trucks so I can deliver the loaded trailer. The treatment I received from this business was above and beyond. I also had the chance to see the tow trucks in the yard. They are in excellent condition and they are absolutely ready to tow anything. I was able to see the 60 ton tow truck on standby. I will never forget this amazing experience especially being from all the way from San Antonio. Congrats to the SULLIVAN TEAM !
Highly recommend this company. Driver had load that needed to be adjusted. Owner picks up on the spot when called. He will get back to you and has a fair price when it comes to work. Workers came out and shifted load and got legal again. Appreciate it. They will go out their way to help even when there is mix-up in communication. Excellent Customer Service

Great service, I had a bad steer tire, so I stayed over by the pilot the night before and drove all of 3 miles in the morning to their shop. Only reason I didn’t give them a 5 ⭐️ Review was because they said they could start on my truck at 7am and nobody was ready till around 730 I drive oversized and have to keep to a strict schedule of running daylight hours only so that half hour to me is rather valuable. Otherwise these guys are awesome.
