They checked our battery and it was bad so they replaced it under warranty without any hassle. We were back on the road very quickly.

The employees are very friendly and courteous, and are actually genuinely sincere about helping the customer find and obtain the correct products they're seeking,...... however they're seemingly lacking in a working knowledge base and hands on experience !!! They do make up for it with their eagerness and sincerity !!!

I was told an item I sought to purchase was not advised and salesperson attempted to sell me a highly overpriced replacement instead.

Can't ever get my warranty on my parts they seem to not be able to find them in the computer. When clearly I bought them

Pretty much had to tap someone on the shoulder to ask for help and then they'd say oh excuse me and dart right past you. If you did talk to anyone then they wasn't any help and didnt know a sparkplug from a turn signal or where to put either one

Some products are way overpriced Walmart beats them for oil change every time

Have what I needed every time I went there and good prices

Driving across the country and started to have car trouble on a Saturday night. Stopped in, Zach knew what it was, part in stock, got us fixed up in 10 minutes, and we were on the road again. Best luck & service ever from a parts store.
