I loved our tour guides passion and knowledge. That brought a feeling of connection with the cave, as its an active, part of history. Its a wet cave, I was cave kissed ❤️

This is an awesome cave. From the main tour to the wild cave crawl, we had so much fun! The formations are beautiful, and the folks there are really great. Highly recommend!

We go for Frank's swap. We've never visited the cave. The swap meet is huge. From junk to new stuff. Don't go on Sunday. Though it's half price, most vendors are packing up or gone already. Parking is plentiful but can be unorganized at times. The place is maintained well. Plenty of food and drinks available. Plan to spend some time there to check it all out.

I go every year to the fall swap meet. Buy my pumpkins & mums for my yard. Always find other treasures to bring home too. Food is great. People are friendly. Looking forward to next year.

This was a beautiful and amazing cave. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made this an excellent tour. When you have a guide that is excited about the cave it makes the tour so much more enjoyable. Plus we went in the off season so it was just my wife and I with our own private tour. I would highly recommend a trip to Jacob's Cave.

A hidden gem at the ozarks to get off the water for a bit and enjoy a wonderful cave experience. The cave is well lit and paved. A couple low spots, but not treacherous. Good for young kids and the elderly. Great tour guide. Takes about an hour. Highly recommend.

I love this cave!! We have been through a few including starks before coming here and it's hands down my favorite. It has everything. The veils, the straws, it even has little hairy guys that are growing. They have a big piece you can actually touch and hold to see how heavy they are. There is a spot in the middle of the cave that has a different feel. It's dry too. Literally no drips. Pretty cool never seen that before either. The awesome lady that took us for our tour was Shakolla. She was super knowledgeable about the cave. And you could just tell she loves her job, she loves showing and telling people about the cave, which makes the tour even better. Lots of rooms to check out and all different. Nice flat path no steps. There is a peacock pen up a hill. That was super cool to. Never got to see a peacock up close. Just awesomeness. Loved it. Must see!

Well worth the drive out of the way to go to this cave. Open and easy to get around in. This cave has every type of formation in the grandest form. Our guide shakolla was awesome and informative. I have no idea how we were lucky enough to be the only couple on the tour. Thanks again.

Great cave and friendly knowledgeable staff!! Thank you so much for the casual relaxing experience!! We had a great time and highly recommend it. It's a bit of a drive from just about anywhere but worth it.

One of the most beautiful places in the entire U.S.!! If you’ve got an hour to spare, def give this place a look, it’s truly awesome in every way possible, and a very cool experience for the whole family, my 9yr old son loved it. We will definitely be back for the crawl through experience!!

Easy to find, plenty of free parking, handicap accessible. Motorized wheelchair and strollers available. Nice gift shop. Our cave tour guide was prompt, courteous and well informed. Destiny explained all the cave features as we passed through, answered all our questions and is a credit to the industry. Thank you all, good times.

Finally got to do Jacobs cave! It was amazing! Nice and cool 56 degrees inside the cave while it was a humid 95 degrees outside! Learned about the prehistoric animals found in and around the caves. Saw evidence of floods and earthquakes. We got to hold a stalagmite and touch petrified wood.Drink some cave water right out of the stream. At the end I bought some pretty rocks! All in all it was a good time. Loved our tour guide she was so much fun and had great energy. 10/10 recommend!

This cave was incredible. There was a lot of geological, natural, and human history to it, and the guide was passionate and knowledgeable. My favorite parts were the bear prints/claw marks, the fossil cases (with fossils found inside the cave!!), the huge ledges caused by the cave forming new floors lower and lower as the clay base is washed out from floods, and the spot where we saw a crack caused by a relatively recent earthquake that the cave then healed over(!!!). Oh, and the enormous geode in the cave wall. The gift shop had nice options that were reasonably priced, too.

Pretty neat cave system. Has wide caverns and smaller tunnels. We went on the guided tour and our group was pretty small which was nice. It’s also wheelchair accessible (we had one on our tour)

We had an amazing time. We were the only ones in the tour which was fun. This place is rich with history and nature. It's a beautiful place with lots of interesting things. Also STELLA RBE BAT!!

A great cave! You get so close to the formations unlike many of other caves. The tour guide Sedona was so nice and giggly it was a hoot. It's a great family experience and a real benefit to take young people through and teach them about geology and natural history. It has the usual cave stuff like stalagmites, stalactites and cave straws but also has fossilized coral in the ceiling. They have a case with mammoth teeth, and other prehistoric artifacts that were found in the cave. There is a neat small gift shop that isn't so highly overpriced like a lot of places are. It has a nice family feel to it and my mom aged 77 really enjoyed it.

Honestly such a cool experience to see. I can't remember our guides name, but she was funny. Lots of facts and information about the formations and things that used to live within the cave. It's not a long walk, maybe a half mile. You can complete the whole tour in about a hour. There are some very low parts where handicapped people would probable not fit with a wheel chair but besides that it is decently accessible for most individuals, I saw some pretty hefty guys squeeze through the areas pretty easily. The pictures you can get are also worth it for sure, we went with our daughter and a small portable stroller was able to make it through. Little pricey, about $25 a person. But it is a neat experience for sure.

This place is great! We went over 55' underground and saw all sorts of rock formations. Today was kind of extra awesome because the power went out and the cave went totally black. We continued the tour with flashlights which made for an extra special memory for our daughters. There was a lot of information given and the kids actually enjoyed themselves.....total bonus!

We really enjoyed this cave. We've been through a lot of caves in Missouri and this one did not disappoint. Our tour guide, Sedona, was excellent! She took just the 4 of us through & it was so much better than going through with 25 people like some caves. She had great knowledge with a sense of humor & was very personable (& patient while I took pictures). The cave has no steps, which made me think it might be lame, but I was so wrong. Also, they let you take your pet through it as long as you are holding it. I had my chihuahua & was fine holding her for the hour. No other pets allowed unless you carry for the whole hour. The price ($25 per adult) was kinda steep but in the end very glad we did this cave. Very clean bathroom. Small gift shop consisted of mainly stones, geodes, crystals, etc. Had a good time. Would recommend. ?

It was alright. Tour guide was nice, didn’t seem to know a whole lot though… it was a cool cave, but not THAT cool? Like more or less one layer (no Ups and downs) and not a lot of variety compared to other caves I’ve seen in the area

Awesome cave that allows you to walk through and get up close to the formations. It's more of a family ran kind of place but very informative. My boys really enjoyed it. The gift shop is awesome with very reasonable prices compared to what you would typically find. I would definitely recommend taking your family on a tour that lasts about an hour long.

Great cave! Lots of fun for the kids. There are a lot of unique formations. Our guide was very knowledgeable and funny. We would absolutely return.

This was a great cave to visit! I was a child last time I was went on a cave tour and was not really sure what to expect. Very easy to get to, staff was so kind and knowledgeable, great prices on tour and souvenirs! The walk through the cave was very easy to walk and I am pregnant. It did have some low ceiling points but my husband at 6'4" was still able to get through. Our guide was great and was able to appeal to our 4 year old girl with fun facts and us with the science and history behind the cave! I would definitely recommend this cave and experience!

The cave was very cool. I didn't give it 5 stars because the tour guide seemed a little less than happy to be there and the souvenir shop didn't have much stuff that was actually from the cave or made locally, which was disappointing. But seeing it was a neat experience. It was definitely chilly and I would recommend a sweater but you could make it without. I wore sandals and I was fine but the floor is a bit wet and there is dripping water so I would recommend tennis shoes. Definitely interesting and a fun memory.

Tl;Dr Totally rocks!! Bridget was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable, very funny, enjoyed her presentation. About a 1/2 mile long it is a pretty good walk. Spoiler alert, you do walk uphill, however you don't really notice it! Lots of different formations and water features. Ten out of ten would visit again. Totally rocks!
