If he would have just dropped my vehicle off at the nearest shop he would have done his job, but he brought my car to a shop he recommended. These guys diagnosed the issue and found the part I needed and replaced the part. Wow! And keep great communication. It was a tough time for me not knowing anyone in this state and for them to go above and beyond in a time of need really speaks to the character of these guys I really can't say enough. The guys came right out to pull my jeep with a broken tie rod out of the ditch and in minutes they had it pulled up to my house. Even after traversing the horrible pot holed and rutted road here and my steep driveway gave me a discount. Very nice, capable and more than fair guys. I highly recommend RC Enterprises.
We were moving across country the weekend before Christmas when my daughters car broke down, 3 hours from our new home. We called for a tow. Planned on towing it to a near by storage yard and my husband would then have to make a 6 hour round trip with our car hauler to get it the next day. Our tow driver offered to bring it all the way to our new house for a few minimal charge. He said its the weekend before Christmas no one wants to have to come back up here and deal with this. He was friendly and courteous, followed us all the way home for the remainder of the 3 hour trip. Grateful to have called them that night while we were on the side of the interstate.

Another tow quoted me about 160-260 minutes until they could make it to me and then kept extending the time. I eventually was switched to a different provider (RC Enterprises) and Cody arrived in about 40 minutes flat.

Nicest guy and great service. We had a blow out with only a airpump where our carmaker didn't think we needed a spare, but I didn't know until we're were stranded with spotty cell service between Lebanon and Louisburg MO. Easy enough to find a tow company because our insurances roadside found them for us but wanted to make sure people knew they were trustworthy and showed up if you need it and don't have roadside assistance. American Family called them for us.
Amazing service!! Was stranded in the middle of the night, truck broke down. Roger and his team went out of their way and brought me a new battery, and after that didn't fix the problem they towed me and my my truck back home an hour away!! The kindness, and patience these guys showed me was beyond any expectation I had. Unbeatable service and friendly good people!!! If I could only give 5 stars I would give them 10!!!! We used him to move our fifth wheel camper and deliver it to a campground. He was very safe and courteous, and even avoided a wreck on his way down. Super professional, would gladly use them again.
