Kyle and Jeremy are amazing. Seeing the wreckage from my daughter's accident was an emotional experience. They took the time to answer my questions and made the situation a little easier to navigate. I am truly grateful for their compassion and professionalism.
They were Amazing, Kind, & Courteous. The tire change was for my daughter, the wrecker driver called me personally to let me know the tire had been changed and that she was back on the road. As a parent, that meant the world to me when I was 4 hours away.
Charged us $1,500 to whinch our semi truck out of the snow and move us less than a mile. They try to exploit and scam truck drivers. Be very cautious in using them.

Ran out of gas on a cross country trip and these guys saved us from being stuck on the side of the highway for the night! ETA was about 30 minutes but they showed up in only 15 minutes. We were experiencing, not only a lack of gas, but also were driving a very old vehicle. After we put gas in, we were still struggling because the fuel pump ran dry. The tow truck driver stayed with us through our entire struggle. He was so kind and generally a positive person, which is especially appreciated when you're stuck. He assisted us in every way possible and made sure that we were gone from where we broke down before he left. Thank you Schreiber!
Transmission on my Jeep went out on me today in Williamsburg. I searched to find a towing company near me and found Schreiber. I called and spoke with Melinda. I needed towed back to our dealership in Kirkwood. She orchestrated everything and I kid you not, she had me picked up in 15 minutes and we were are on our way. Mike was my driver and he did a great job. Long trip and we had pleasant conversation.
In a situation like this, you are really trying to minimize the additional stress, and they were a big part of that for me. It was very reasonably priced to boot.
Blowout yesterday in horrible location on Interstate 70. These guys were there quickly to help—with 2 trucks. They were incredibly professional and empathetic (we were on the road to St. Louis on an emergent basis to get to a hospitalized parent), and had us on our way in record time. Highly recommend.
Brandon was amazing today. I got bounced off the road when i was hit by a semi and stuck in the snow in the median. Brandon was quick to get us out and to safety. He was very polite and professional. Highly recommend these guys. I didn't get the name of the other guy with him but a special thanks steering my car away from the wire guard rail without a scratch while sliding in the snow mounds as it was being pulled out.
I am forever grateful to Schreiber Towing!!! My daughter was on her way back to college yesterday on I70 West when she got a flat tire. I called my roadside service which I had a feeling based on history that they would get someone out to help her in over an hour. I saw her location on Life 360 and saw that Schreiber Towing was near by. I called Hoping they could help. . The girl that answered my call was so pleasant and very understanding of my daughter’s situation being that there was a lot of traffic and was on the side of the road on a 2 way road. She told me she was going to prioritize the call and get someone to help my daughter. In about 20 minutes or so, someone from Schreiber was helping my daughter change her tire. They got to her soooo fast that I cancelled my roadside service. Thank you so much for prioritizing my daughter and her safety so she could be safe. I’m forever thankful! Thank you!!!
Brandon did a great job handling my motorcycle. I had a flat tire I couldn't get fixed and was out in the middle of nowhere. He was out to me in less than two hours and I was loaded up and back home in around an hour. Best towing company I've dealt with in the STL area.

Mike H. Went above and beyond by making sure he safely towed and took me to a charging station while also going to get his personal generator to continue trying to fix the vehicle I rented. This took all night and he stayed until I was picked up!
Mike H is the MAN!! Mike came quick to pick me n my fiancé up from off the side of the highway and also got us to our destination safely! Was very friendly Exception customer service! He most definitely went above and beyond to make sure our safety was his first top priority!!
They are a AAA approved tow company. They picked up my 88 yr young mother. The driver assisted her into truck, was polite and professional. He made sure she had her belongings removed and offered to stay with her until I arrived to take her home. She declined because I was already there. It is so overwhelming when a young man shows respect to an older person. I wish I knew his name so I could tell his boss about his kindness to my mom. I would refer Schreiber to anyone!!
Much appreciated from the bottom of my heart to these folks for getting me off of I-70 in the chaos of thanksgiving weekend. Not to mention they had just cleaned up a 5 car pile up! Theyre doing gods work helping folks, informing police officers, and keeping traffic moving! Thanks to Brandon and the Dispatcher for getting me out of the way so quickly.
Schreiber Towing took my car from home to the transmission shop. They took great care of me and were honest and made me feel like I had family in the towing business. They are definitely the best choice for all your towing needs!
We had a family vacation at the Innsbrook resort. The day we were supposed to check out, my car wouldn't turn over. We were 6 hours away from home. We tried jumping it, security even brought out a high powered battery jumper and it would not turn over (it was the starter).
This was a Sunday and even worse, Father's day.
We called all over, places were closed, some said "you can't get a flatbed through those roads".
We finally found Schreiber Towing, they were there within the hour, Brandon was our driver. He showed my kids all of the buttons and explained their purpose, my kids were so impressed!
He dropped us off at a hotel and let us grab some of our things then he dropped my car off at the mechanic.
The next morning when the shop opened the mechanic said they were too busy to get us in, and Schreiber Towing said they'd come get us and take us to another place. Luckily, my husband went to try and start it one last time for the hell of it and it started! He cancelled the towing and they did not charge a cancellation fee.
They were so kind and helpful when nobody else would help. I am so incredibly thank for for them.

What a wonderful business! I spoke with several folks in the office when my car broke down 500 miles from home. The staff went way beyond the job to help me in my emergency. They were kind, professional and prompt. The tow truck operator Brandon was amazing. His mechanical knowledge was a big plus as it reassured me and helped me decide what was best to do. He was kind, made me feel safe, carefully loaded my car, informed me every step of the way and was reassuring and professional. Everyone at Schreiber was generous and understanding. Brandon was literally an Angel sent from heaven. He pulled over before we were even in contact with Schreiber Towing. We were in a dangerous spot with a small shoulder. He stayed until we could figure out our insurance covering the tow. He recommended an excellent mechanic shop for us, towed us to the shop, AND recommended and dropped us off at a hotel near by. We may have spent Christmas on the side of the road if it hadn’t been for Brandon. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Brandon and Chuck were so kind and quick. My vehicle broke down on highway 70 at 4am and they came quickly and had my vehicle at the shop in no time. Great company and great people.
We were stranded on the side of the highway at night with a broken down car and Brandon came to save us with a tow! Car broke down on the interstate at 10 pm and got a tow truck sent right away. Great customer service on the phone and friendly knowledgeable driver. Driver towed to the mechanic, dropped the keys in the drop box and locked the car. He also stayed in great communication and got me my receipt I needed for AAA.
This company and the people that work for them are AMAZING! My husband, kids, and I were stuck on the side of I-70 while it was downpouring and they came out with a special truck that would fit our whole family and made a bunch of calls trying to help us get to where we were going. They dropped us at the best local motel available and helped us out so much. They truly are good people who care. Especially understanding that my husband is active duty military and we needed to get back ASAP. Thank you Brandon, Melinda, and the boss man (didn't catch his name) you guys are a godsend.
For the first time ever, I had to call a tow truck today. My ball joint broke while driving. I called Schreiber Towing after being given a quote of $250 from another local towing service. Chuck came out and got me loaded up quickly, was very courteous, and professional....at 1/3 of the cost. I highly recommend his business for your towing needs.
