The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in a dealership!! Not one man in that shipping container of an office could look me in the face after I asked about a vehicle. Not one person said hello or welcome, terrible service and when somebody did speak they said the vehicle was not for sale while looking at the ground like a child. Why price on the car if not for sale? Make it make sense old man. Also don’t even think about going in there if you aren’t white, terrible energy from every single one of the 8 men in that office.
Bought our truck from them 5 years ago, never had an issue with her other than the typical maintenance for 2 years. They even put a brand new battery in it! Excellent people to work with and very family oriented! Would buy from again!
Bought a car a while ago and they failed to disclose it had a failing transmission. Drove fine during the test drive got it home and all was okay for 4 days and the transmission went out completely and when i called to talk to them about it i got a very rude person who said maybe think about getting a car somewhere else then it was my fault that the transmission failed after 4 days. Never again will i buy from here and i dont recommend it to anyone.
We bought a car from them, said if anything was wrong they would fix it. We thought nothing of it since we believed theres no way theyd sell us a car with something wrong with it. Not only did they sell us a car that had an issue, they took more than a month to fix something so simple. They lost our contact info and didnt even fix it. Dont come here if you want to buy a car.
Pretty decent car only a few minor things wrong with with. 3 star because they told me I could trade it in for a van and ignored me until I gave up ??♀️
I wouldn't purchase a vehicle form them. They lie about wuts wrong wit the vehicle just to make a sale. It was told only the brakes needed done. Well I'm now sitting without a vehicle bc my boyfriend said it blew up.
I asked for a reliable car I'm 53 they lied about what needed done on car . Took it to chevy found out truth. I and my sister have health issues and she's in Florida. All we have is each other. And I travel back and forth there to love and support her . Please don't trust them and god bless you all .
