Ran out of fuel coming up highway 61 just south of Eolia MO. Called and within 30 minutes someone was there to help with fuel and was friendly and helped get truck started again. Would highly recommend this company for anyone in the area that needs assistance.
Called Heartland Towing this morning for lockout services in Hannibal. They were quick to get to me, the price was reasonable and Blake had me back in my vehicle quickly. He was very polite!

Great service and semi speedy, on problem was we had to wait longer for them to go back and get tools but we told them we just needed a tow. So not their fault. Only suggestion is they keep their tire changing tools on them just in case!
The service provided was excellent and prompt. This company was recommended to me by another towing service, as my vehicle exceeded their towing capacity. Well said on clarifying how long it was going to be before we can get a rollback too pick up are car and setting it where we discussed to set it with nobody being there to show. They have always treated us very well.
They did incredible and were awesome to work with after a misunderstanding where the vehicle was towed even though we already had a plan, and the price was INSANE, the other worked with us and got it down to a reasonable price. Very appreciative of them and their hard work!!

Driver was very helpful assisting my daughter when her vehicle broke down away from home. He made sure she was safe, took the vehicle to a dealership and made sure she was checked into a hotel. The extra care is greatly appreciated.

If I could give a 10 star review I absolutely would! I was almost 3 hours from home when my dash lite up with a message I was NOT expecting or wanting to see. I go to Google and search for nearby towing/tire-shops and am so glad it recommended Heartland Towing and Recovery!!! I can not say enough good things about this company! I broke down in Palmyra and was dead in the middle of a ramp, my employer contacted Heartland and they sent Mike out to get me and tow me into town..
Let me preface this with, I am a rookie driver, I ran local for a year but this was my first OTR trip and was definitely worried cause I have never experienced a breakdown before in a Semi.. I'm sure everyone remembers their first after they started driving..
Mike legit went beyond and above the call of duty to make sure I was safe and out of Harms way, got my rig hooked up super quick and safely, and even made sure I was all set on the trip to the shop.. he is a calm. Kind and caring guy and i hope everyone else who works for heartland is just as great as he is!
A lot of tow companies are only caring about making money and moving to the next hook.. Heartland Towing cares about each driver and truck as if they are family!

They towed my daughters car after an accident she was involved in a few days ago. They were all very helpful over the phone letting us know when we could come and see the car and clean it out. We went later that day to clean it out and they were all very friendly.
Edit. Unfortunately I’m going to have to turn this to a 3 star from a 4 star. Somehow they let someone tow the car to Columbia and it disappeared for at least 4 days which delayed the insurance pay out. I would think when they realized a mistake had been made and the wrong car taken it should have immediately been brought back. They said they were waiting for the people who towed it to bring it back but they do have their own tow trucks (they are a towing company) so they could have went and got it themselves. All still very nice people but this was kind of a crazy mistake.
