I am a professional driver, and am not at all familiar with this area. Michael Goerne is an absolute lifesaver! I was amazed at how quickly he arrived at my remote location, and how fast Michael was in replacing my semi trailer tire. Came into the Macon Missouri location to get a wheel seal and brake shoe done, Clinton and Michael knocked two wheel seals and two brake shoes out of the park in a little over an hour will definitely be back

Had a near catastrophic event on my sons car during a cross country move. The dealership didn't properly tighten the tires after rotation. Lost 4 of 5 lugnuts and almost the last. The identified the problem and repaired it expediently. Thank you Clinton!!!

I was stuck on the roadside with an overheated car and waiting for hours for my insurance to get back with me about a tow. Preston with Gabrielson just happened to be driving by and asked if he could help me out. I gladly accepted his offer and he didn't even receive a call that I needed help. He pulled over out of kindness to see if he could help in any way. This gentleman gets a round of applause from me!

We experienced a blowout on our motorhome. Gabrielson Truck Repair &Towing got us in first thing Monday morning. They had all four tires we needed in stock. They gave us a great deal on them! They had us back on the road in less than two hours! We waited in the air conditioned office(it was HOT this week), had coffee and sat while the work was being done. Clinton was our serviceman and he was efficient, pleasant to deal with and got us back on the road seamlessly! All the men working there were pleasant and friendly to us. They work on big semi’s, so we were grateful they were able to help us being in a class C. Highly recommend!

We received a check engine light on our motor home dash. We were referred to Gabrielson Truck Repair. We called and Michael Goerne explained they would try to squeeze us in as we were traveling. They got us going within a day because the EGR valve had to come fom Kansas City. This was a major repair. Michael explained in depth all options. Very professional and I would certainly use them again. I would also highly recommend this shop!! Davis

I blew the turbo intercooler boot on my Dodge and managed to get it over to Gabrielson’s to have it looked at. I thought I had done some real damage but Dennis was able to check it over real good and found only the one problem and got it fixed promptly. Thanks again!

Gotta say better here a few times and can’t complain!! I came here for a washout after hours and a gentleman by the name of Preston assisted me with no issues. He was courteous and professional. The trailer had blood in it and I must say he did a good job!! Thank you, I will definitely be back again!

The alternator went out in my car midday on a Saturday, way out in the country around 2-1/2 hours from home. No shops open to repair it, left with no choice but to have it towed back home. I want to thank Preston from Gabrielson Truck Repair and Towing for coming to the rescue. Very professional and courteous and charged a fair fee considering the distance it was towed.

My dog locked me out of my semi memorial day at the break time truck stop. Within 45 minutes Michael Goerne pulled up and within 10 min had me back in. I was advised that it would be 90 minutes until arrival . Much appreciation to this guy. He was very professional and did his job with knowledge. Broke down 3 hrs away from home. Clinton personally came and got us and the truck, and spent well into the night fixing the problem until we were able to hit the road again. Amazing service and good people. Highly recommend and thank you again Clinton if ur reading this. You are a lifesaver!

We drive a 45 foot converted Prevost bus weighing over 50,000 lbs. We were pulling over to a Love’s when warning lights came on the dash. Walked to the back and found the back of the bus and the tow vehicle covered in oil. we called Gabrielson’s truck repair & towing. Michael came with his service truck to diagnose and fix it on the spot. Unfortunately he needed to get underneath to find out what the problem was. He went back to the shop to get their huge wrecker to tow it back to the shop. To tow that bus you have to pull the drive axel in the parking lot so you do not burn up the transmission. This is on a Sunday night. He offers to fix it that night at their shop! At the shop he diagnosed the problem, had the parts, and got us back on the road by 11pm. He was polite with a can do attitude, no complaining about what he had already done that Sunday and after that still had to go out and do another heavy tow job. I highly recommend this company and Michael!

Great customer service, service, efficient and EZ to work with. Lost a drive tire the other week. I called in for a road side repair and even though his guys were on lunch, they showed up in a very timely manner, with 2 tread matching tires. Hot as he\\ day, and my driver said they didn't mess around. Got the job done quickly and got us back on the road. I was able to pay the bill easily through a billing portal sent to my email as I wasn't on site. Easy to work with and number is now saved in my phone as a Go-to -if needed- when we're in the area. 10/10 recommend

Awesome response from Matt and Marty after I hit a deer at night on Hwy 36 on July 3. I thought I’d be in the obituaries the next day (“Retired Widow Not Far Enough Off Road After Buck Bashes Windshield; Trucker Sends Her Packing”) but Matt reassured me they were right down the road and Marty showed up in a flash. He safely loaded up my car, took us to a hotel, watched my chocolate lab while I checked in, and then helped me unload my belongings, which were ridiculously and embarrassingly strewn about my Honda Fit, through no fault of the deer. Then he helped me figure out the car repair options. Kind, calm, and competent. You can’t ask for more than that. Now I’m wondering how I could have another (smaller) accident so I can try to meet Matt!

Met through an emergency mobile repair. Competent and reasonably priced but you'll have to look for the shop. Eric did a great job on my truck and I'm sure, I'll return for routine maintenance. Update: they installed an air compressor which ended up blowing the coolant line and Eric drove from Macon to Wentzville to fix it. Great follow up!

Eric (my tech) informed me but didn't push or badger for a sale - so he earned the repair work and my loyalty! They even helped with getting me to my hotel!
