Broke down here on our road trip and everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly. Everyone helped us every way they could during our time fixing our truck in the parking lot. They were nice enough that they even bought us a pizza for lunch while we worked. 10/10 service. Would recommend this store to anyone in the area without hesitation. If I ever break down again, I hope it’s around this store

Obviously if you work on your own cars etc O'Reillys is your go to. Just wish the workers there knew more about the products they sell, They're just so slow and wanna keep talking to their friends etc instead of helping the customer.

Unlike my normal store, one salesman in this store was a jerk, and the other acted like he was lost! I was charged fees without being asked or being told what they were for. Also, usually they meet or beat other competitors prices, but this store told me they don't. After talking to my usual store, I was told it is company policy to do it. Won't be back to this store.

I had family traveling on the highway to visit a sick family member and started having truck issues on the way. Called Oreillys for a part at 7:55. They had the part but wouldn’t take payment over phone. Said they close at 8:00. Pulled in at 8:03. The nightshift manager snuck out the back door and tried to leave without even talking to us and trying to help an already bad situation. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Store manager should definitely be embarrassed by their actions. Where is the decency and compassion? They explained that they were two hours from home. Who does that?

Went in for Heet and a brake light got a value pack of lights for a few dollars more as every year it would use two. Excellent help with using both vin numbers and license plate numbers.

Great place with a large variety of parts of they don't have it chances are they can have it by 2 pm or next day at latest

Always good help and have what I need to do my repair and maintenance

Was not happy. The parts I ordered last week and paid for in advance, ONLY half of it came in. The lady who waited on me was not really with it. She said to me "do you want me to reorder it"? My reply was, Hell yes I paid for it in advance. So now waiting another two or three days longer. I'm needing them before my car will pass state inspection. The lady was rude.

Had a guy try to put wipers on and clearly didnt know how to do it but keep saying he puts thousands on everyday...

Enforcing policy's can wast a lot of time for business owners and customers. Not being able to use a photo id to use our account pushed me back 3 hour today.

We arrived there 20 minutes before closing with bad battery and bad alternator. The 2 people that were working were great, went above and beyond we got battery in and they even called a friend to come help get alternator installed. We were three hours away from home and they stayed late and made sure we were ready to get back on the road. Thank you so much for your help and great employees. We are very thankful

Usually I have a great experience there. But that day I felt as if they didn't want to be bothered with what I needed. Not as friendly as they use to be with the guys that worked there.

I got a battery for my car approximately six months ago the battery went bad and they replaced it for me no questions asked, they can also get pretty much any part you need by the next day

It's not everyday you find a business or its staff that go OUT OF THEIR WAY to help you over a roll of duct tape! But this store did and MAJOR KUDOS to Becca!!! I went in to purchase a roll of duct tape to temporarirly repair our windshield after being involved in an accident. We were on our way from Kansas City to Illinois when the accident occurred just outside of town. Becca asked what my need was for and I pointed out our windshield. She stated she was a volunteer with their Fire Department and asked if everyone was ok. I said everyone was, but we had some glass to clean up. She promptly stated "Don't go anywhere, I'll be right back!" and she returned with a brush and a bucket and shop vac. WOW! Blew me away. Helped remove the glass and made it safe for the passenger. The duct tape was only was $6... the service, priceless!
