I was almost hit by them this morning while they were driving down the middle of the road - looks like they were on their phone. I would be nervous if they were towing my car!!! Yikes
B and B towing provides the fastest response and the most cost effective service I have ever received. My vehicle shot craps on highway 47 outside of Troy the other day. I called B and B and made arrangements. It was cold outside and getting dark. I went home trusting that they would pick up my vehicle and drop it off at my residence. The driver did exactly that and this experience my a bad night so much more managable!!! Thanks a lot!!!!
I called and told him about my car and that I needed to find where my AC was leaking and got an appointment. After driving it in his garage, he came back and told me it’s a hybrid and he won’t work on hybrids. I gave them credit for doing an inspection on my car before this, same car. Today was a wasted trip! ???
This place just basically stole my car and held it hostage for 2 days so instead of being able to sell my car I had to pay them and they ended up making1000 off of my misfortune idk how some people sleep at night
These guys are great! Best around, fast, friendly, very good rates. Dale is a great guy. He towed my sons car home after the wheel fell off and took the time to set it up on a jack when he dropped it off, instead of just dumping it on the ground (which is what I would have done) , top notch ?
Have been going to Bill for years now. He is the absolute best!! Fair and friendly service, definitely feels more like visiting family everytime Im in there. You gotta see Bill and Mel over at B &B!!
Bill and his team are the BEST! We wouldn't trust anyone else with our vehicles - they are very knowledgeable and personable. They are by far the most trustworthy shop around. We love B & B and also that they are family owned.
