Prime brings vehicles to our shop in Wright city. And they are always very fast and efficient in getting customers vehicles picked up. And very safe and efficient when dropping the vehicles off at the shop. Highly recommend!!

Wow, good people still exist. I had a flat on the side of the road and unfortunately my lug nuts swelled and I couldn't get my tire off. They pulled over and helped me out. Within a couple of minutes I was back on the road. I highly recommend these guys because they are professional and genuine good people and good people need to be rewarded. 5 Stars as a company and 5 Stars as a human. Thanks!
Not only did this amazing company come out and tow our car when we were stranded and no one else would help, they brought an extra car so my kids and I could get a ride to a hotel with all our luggage. Amazing!!! Can't thank them enough!!
I hit a deer around 8 pm that night. It was my very first time having this experience, and I was pretty shaken up. Prime towing and Recovery was an amazing company and helped out tremendously. He was extremely kind both that night and the next day when I came to pick up some stuff from my car. He will forever have me and my familys buisness and I couldn't thank him enough for helping me out.

After sitting on the side of the road for hours, we found out there was no tow available until the next day. We ended uo calling a friend for a ride home. The call center rep took forever ( like 40-45min) to locate us. MO IS Missouri not Montana! Ended up not using them.
Our truck just stop running completely around 5pm when everyone is getting off work going home. Had 3 towing companies turn me down but not Prime Towing they came to my rescue during dinner hour. Very nice people, nice tow truck and double checked your vehicle for safety and took care not to hurt your vehicle. Your down prime towing will take care of you start to finish.

I can't say enough good about this company and the owner Gary. He is a very nice, considerate and caring individual. My husband wre ked his motorcycle and PD called for the tow. Gary took good care of it, didn't cost me arm and leg, AND then took it to where I needed it so I could concentrate on my husbands injuries at the hospital. Thank you and will recommend to friends.
