Great service! Delbert came to tow us. He was so nice. Situated us in his truck to keep us warm while he loaded my car. He took great care, even stopping to double check the straps after driving 144’s terribly bumpy right lane. He made an awful situation better by just being kind and showing great pride in his service. 55,000 stars for Delbert!!!
Id give him 10 stars if i could. My first time being towed anywhere. Super nice guy, he literally was the only one out of 4 places i called that even bothered to answer the phone.

Refused to tow vehicle because I had two kids with me instead of one at time of flat tire. No assistance rendered and vehicle was left abandoned overnight. For what should have been a simple road side assistance call was too complicated for a tow company that isn't equipped to handle helping families. Shouldn't be listed as an acceptable option for insurance companies to use if your road side assistance doesn't include the cost of a taxi from site.
May 2023. 2011 Jeep Liberty towed behind motorhome on 2 lane twisty road east of Lebanon MO. Tire came off Jeep and it was towed by motorhome several miles before discovery. Major axel damage, late afternoon Friday before Memorial Day weekend. Everything closed and almost no cell service. These folks responded quickly, professionally loaded the Jeep and towed it 70 miles to Springfield where it was left in the lot after hours. I was headed to a reunion and, after talking with the driver, I trusted them to tow it without me. They did and did an excellent job, leaving the vehicle exactly where the repair shop said to leave it. The driver answered all my questions, even those about the area and getting to the reunion location. Cost was very reasonable and payment was clear and easy. I was satisfied the company was professional, trustworthy, and honest, and they were. I recommend them.
Truck broke down , called 3 other companies and they couldn’t get to me . Called Paul’s and “bubba “ was there in less then 5 minutes …. Great Service and fast and the price was great !! Thanks CJ !!!
It’s a house not well lit or secured from the public is definitely not up to code or safe for anyone vehicle til they have a way to actually secure the vehicles my advice is avoid this company if your vehicles condition is in the best interest.
Hightop extended van broke down 8-9pm at Richland exit off I44.
Doug showed up in about 20 minutes and had us loaded very quickly.
He let both me and my sister in law ride with him back to Springfield, an 80 mile trip. He had a lot of funny stories to tell, was very personable and a great guy.
Got us unloaded in a few minutes at my house and was on his way.
Took no time at all and had no issues, and heard some wild stories along the way.
Doug has 25 years experience, towing almost anything you can think of. Your vehicle, no matter how big, is in good hands with him.
I should add, as of April, 2022, they have a $50 hookup fee and $4 a mile for towing.
That's pretty cheap! RSA, road side assistance, was going to charge us a bit over $500! Paul's charged us $370 for the same 80 mile trip. Definitely a very good price.
I am very pleased with the service. He pulled my vehicle out without damaging it from a difficult position. He was quick and reasonably priced. I will definitively be saving his number.
The man that I dealt with while calling each time was very pleasant and understanding. He evem offeted they if I made it to clean my car out whne they were closedb(weekend) he would let me. I shoupd have had him tow it to ky driveway since the wreck was only 500 feet at most from my ? lol. But this business was good with me.
I locked my keys in my vehicle and had actually called a different company that told me to call someone else because they didn’t leave their lot for less than $35 and that was just a base rate. So I called Paul’s. Excellent service that I will recommend to anyone who needs friendly, professional service. Thank you so much for your assistance!
Car was impounded. Went to pick it up in just a few hours. He has a rock lot (big rocks) that were hard on my Subaru Impreza. Also had the car pulled onto shattered glass. 150$ same day. Steep. And don't believe the 24/7 stuff. Definitely not.
