Myself, my friend and my son were trailering my boat to Truman lake, when a wheel bearing went out on the boat trailer on hiway 50. Took wheel to NAPA. they were so so great. Helped popped out the old bearing, put in the new bearing in for us and got us back on the road in 30 minutes. Great, wonderful people.
Quality parts, friendly people. Dan the man changed out my alternator on the spot. Businesses like this and people like Dan are getting harder and harder to find. Also, knowledgeable people behind the counter!!
Awesome place for the do-it-yourself home mechanic! They stand by their products. Knowledgeable staff that can help get you what you need and they usually have what I need or can get it quickly. Chances are, if I can't do it myself the shop I use will be getting the parts from NAPA anyway....
They were the only Parts House in town to have the part that I needed and believe it or not it was pretty good price it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be
I walked out of a different parts store because after five minutes I had not been greeted or helped. At NAPA I was greeted the second I walked in. I got my windshield wiper and the lady even put it on for me.
very poor customer service. they do not communicate amongst each other so don't bother calling and telling them all info you will have to repeat all over again when u arrive. when you try to explain anything about what your working with make sure you have all detail or they will treat u like your stupid and don't know what your talking about. very seldom visit this store and will not be back ever. not all napa stores are like this. these owners just have poor business skills. I'll travel distance to another napa.
