They were fairly priced in Nice customer service. However they parked my car in the wrong driveway and 6 in in the grass so I can't work on it and they left huge potholes in my yard. I'm called to see if anything could be done about it and they said that's the best they can do ane hung up on me. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Best tow company in town! Always there to help if you need a tow,a jump start, lock out service, or just need to transport something heavy.

My car got towed by these guys, as much as I would like for it to never happen again (and let's hope it doesn't). I'd prefer to be towed by these guys if I had to. When I came to pick my vehicle up they helped me jump it and even aired up my tire to get me back on the road.

My roadside service couldn’t find a tow truck. After waiting 45 minutes on them, I called Tip Top Towing and they were there within 15 minutes! They got us where we needed to go and the charge was more than fair for our small bus. I’m so glad I called them!

Don’t recommend using tip top they were a no show no call after they said it would be a 2 hr wait and I called them 2 times checking left stranded on county rd dark and cold never again! Tip top is not professional.

Got in a wreck a couple months ago, and had no idea what to do. Unable to reach my husband on base. Juat moved here, and will never recommend anyone here. I was not informed of rates, and told they could leave my car at my home. The man who towed my car was nice enough to drive me home, but the man I spoke with on the phone waa many more things than just unpleasant .

You scammed a 19 year old girl and racked up a $650 bill on her. You should be ashamed of the way you do business! You gave my daughter and myself inaccurate information!

A customer at my work locked her keys in her car; Tip Top showed up after hours, within 10 minutes of being called, and got her car open in literally seconds. Definitely recommend!!

They picked up a utility trailer with a blow out that was loaded with expensive equipment and brought it to their lot for overnight safe storage. When I arrived with new tires the next morning they changed both tires for me. Very helpful courteous and friendly staff

This company is who always gets dispatched out whenever I called AAA. I’ve locked my Keys in my car a few times since I’ve moved to Warrensburg and I’ve had to have my battery checked once while I’ve lived here. Every time they are way faster than the quoted time and they are always nice and friendly!

On August 6, I got my car towed to Diehls because the starter went out and when i got my car back on August 10, my necklace, which hung from my rearview mirror, went missing. This necklace was a black chain with a gold vile, which had my moms ashes in it, as well as two card keychains and a little silver piece that said “hope”. I looked everywhere in my car and I continue to look just because I refuse to believe that someone would take it. The only part of my necklace that wasn't stolen was the card swiper keychains (which was my moms). They were located on my backseat floor behind the drivers seat. I even asked about my necklace at diehls and the mechanic said that he hasn’t seen it. I’ve had my car there a couple of times before, but when i get it towed, it miraculously goes missing. Also, the card’s keychain holes weren’t contorted (ripped) in any way; there was no damage. Meaning it couldn’t of fallen off. I didn’t want to write this earlier, but I changed my mind after a long session of thinking. I would take any personal valuables with you before getting your car towed with tip top towing, because I strongly believe that they took my necklace.

I called at 2:30am because I had locked my keys in my truck and was told it would be a half hour. (Without my keys, I can't even get into my apartment.) An hour later and still no one has shown up, so I call back. Turns out the guy looked at the message about a lockout service and just went back to bed. I am a small 21 year old female that had to wait outside in the middle of the night for about 2 hours. I was lucky that my friend was able to wait with me for the last 20ish minutes, but I spent most of the time alone and wasn't safe.

I disagree. They stole my motorhome. I was given permission to sit it on their property for two weeks. And when I come back to get a few things out of it. It was gone. Now they want and are going to charge me close to a 1000$ to get it out of impound.

Great tow company. Use them and recommend them for all my customers. Got my mom out of a very bad situation with a wet ditch. Kevin was like a surgeon getting her out. Thanks guys!

I'm not happy with there uhaul service. The price was high and the truck had trash in it. And i went to pay my bill and they already took it out of my account without my authorization. So I won't use them again. Very rude people.

Terrible service. Driver was rude Incredibly high price too. I wonder how it has some positive reviews. They suck. Charged me 75$ to tow for 5 minutes

Charged credit card over double what they initially quoted and went ahead with unauthorized charges without a signature or any sort of notice or permission.

Update: spoke to Sandy at the front desk to calmly solve a potentially honest mistake. She refused contact with manager and was incredibly belligerent nearly immediately. Refuses to help. I felt taken advantage of during a time of emotional and mental distress.

Amazing, these guys saved my whole day. I had a 2000 gmc that I thought was juat needing a serpentine belt, there tow truck driver quickly deduced my powerstering pump was the cause of my issue and help me get to a low cost shop, on top of towing they do glass work/repair and even rent uhals, this is a small company greatly deserving of my future business and I would recommend it without a doubt to any one of my friends or family. Also a big THANK YOU to the owner for all around awesome experience.

Do NOT rent a uhaul from here! If you book online and try to pick up a uhaul on a Saturday, chances are nobody will be around to help you out. Then when you call the office, they will just tell you to call the uhaul corporate line. This happened to me as well as a friend, and both times we had to rent a moving truck from another location last minute. Don't even waste your time.
