Second exhaust installed by Lambert team. First experience was great, second experience didn’t meet the same quality. I asked Michelle and she got me all taken care of. Team brought me in, did a full replacement at no charge. Great honest shop, will be back.
Overall not the best experience, shop lost heat & power when I went up there to pick up my car. The techs seem honest, but everything felt rushed. Constantly trying to upsale me, left my bumper disconnected & my door trim was loose. I didn’t leave it like that when I dropped my car off. I wouldn’t really recommend this shop.
We had 2 vehicles serviced at Lamberts which both times had very good service by Jack. I would recommend that when you schedule ask for Jack. He is up front with you. Also shout out to Brandon who is also very knowledgeable with cars.
Brought them a recently purchased old car that had a break grabbing on one side, gave them 3 days with no contact and when I reached out to them, they claimed it needed parts they couldn't find nor did it need. The parts are readily available on the internet as I found them myself within 15 minutes. At that point, I determined they're either lazy, incompetent or both. I had it taken to a different shop and won't be doing business with them again.
Went in for safety and emissions. Didn’t wait too long to get done. Jack is the best mechanic up there ask for him.
Jack left so will not be going here anymore he was the only mechanic up there that I trust with my car. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone.
Highly Recommend. My daughter's vehicle had an AC problem. Lamberts reserves appointments during hot weather specifically for AC problems so you do not have to wait days or a week for an appointment. Michelle took the vehicle in the same day and had the issue addressed and repaired that day, too. The price was very reasonable, and the mechanic brought us into the shop so we fully understood the problem, the cause, and what exactly was being done to the vehicle. After repairs, we were given vouchers for emergency roadside assistance. Can't say enough good things about Lambert's.
I was at the DMV and was told that since my brand new vehicle was purchased out of state I needed to get a Missouri Emissions and OD/ID inspection. Which turned into me calling every single dealership to tire center in the area. Everyone said 1 week minimum. I ended up branching out further into Arnold and came across this shop. Called them and they made room for me. I was in and out so fast that the DMV guy was shocked and thought it was a lie.
This guy's are great! If you need anything give them a call and see what magic they can make.
I have an older car that I absolutely love. It always needs a little extra love. Lambert's always takes great care of my PT Cruise! Our family... my brother, my mother, cousins, sons, and daughters have used Lambert's and Jim's service for years and years. We don't trust anyone else. They are the best! Shawn, now the owner of both is just outstanding! He is honest, a great mechanic & so knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable and discussed up front. I can't say enough how much I trust them to do a great job.They always deliver and go above and beyond with service. Michelle the office Manager is so wonderful and accommodating. She goes out of her way to take care of my cars needs. She even gave me a ride to the shop to get a loaner vehicle after hours. You won't find better service than this! I run Combs Boat & RV Storage facility and I recommend Shawn and his teams to all of my clients! I am a forever loyal customer! Thank you guys for all you do! 💗 I would give 10 stars if I could! Excellent service, nice people. Up front with costs and full explanation of the issue and willing to show you the problem directly. Had a small issue after pi king up my car and they were able to get it back in and fix it immediately l. 100% will be using them in the future for repairs.
I am more than happy to give Lamberts Automotive a 5 star review, if I could give more I would! I hit a rock driving up 61/67 right after passing M. I knew immediately my tire had blown and got off the road right into Lamberts driveway. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They immediately came out and looked at the tire; got on the phone and ordered me a new tire; it got there by 3pm and fixed it and i was back home by 4:30pm. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement as they did not know me and I was a stranger walking in off the street asking for immediate help and they gave it! Thank you so much Michelle and both mechanics (Im so sorry I did not get their names). My husband was a mechanic at a small business for 30+ years and word of mouth keeps these small businesses in business and Im happy to give them a stellar review and my husband and I will be happy to keep giving them business. My best friends mom had a cancer benefit to help raise money for her treatments. This lovely business donated a free OC. Shawn, the owner, scheduled me first and he was phenomenal!! I missed my appt so michelle (I believe that was her name up front) worked me in today. They were kind, helpful and took great care of me. I’ll be back for future business!! Thank y’all for being wholesome & helping keep my car safe and ready to roll another 5k miles!!! 10/10 going above and beyond wins for me everytime ❤️ also look how cute the inside is!!!!

Just wanted to share my experience because I was livid with what happened. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told they would get me a new transmission on Thursday. When I picked my car up on Monday there was lots of mud all over my driver side floor mat, all over the break and gas pedal, on my driver side running board. AND mud by my captain seat behind the drivers side. It seemed odd to me and then I realized my gas was on empty. All the way down to the red line yet I filled it when I was dropping it off. I left there and soon realized my car had 500 more miles on it compared to when I left it there. This is when I lost it. I talked to the manager and i will say he was very nice and seemed concerned. He said he drove my car to his home Thursday and Friday because he was checking on a leak. I found this very strange that he drove MY car to his home. He promised me it was only 20 something miles away, so I said the miles don’t add up, He kept saying sorry and he didn’t realize they put 500 miles on my car and he doesn’t know where the mud came from. Therefore I was pissed about now having an extra 500 miles on my car and doubly pissed that the owner can’t tell me where my car was driven for all of those miles. I was not a happy customer.
Great people. I called explained what was going on with my car. They got me in the next day. They fixed it while I waited. Michelle was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend them.
I love taking our truck into this amazing company. They are always reasonable and efficient on there work and pricing. Michelle is awesome and has wonderful customer service and I'll definitely be back for my auto needs.
The people at Lambert's are professionals. They got me in on a Friday and were able to fix my exhaust issue in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone having car issues. And Michelle at the front desk was amazing for keeping me company while I waited.

I have used Lamberts several times. I have always been impressed. We had an issue this past week and my car overheated. I called and they were so helpful. They helped me get the car towed to them and within 2 hours got the car in and diagnosed It was taken care of and the next day I had my car back. Excellent service, great price, great warranty! Michelle was awesome and kept me up to date the whole time. I would recommend anyone use Lambert’s. I know I will be using them again for all my services on my vehicles. Thank you!
Lamberts Auto Repair in imperial was very accommodating and professional. We were in quick need of AC fix for our daughters car and was able to get in and repaired immediately. The next day needed an emissions for our new car and fit right in. Michelle was very pleasant and their entire staff was easy to work with along with great service to our vehicles.
This place is amazing! They are honest and affordable and Michelle is terrific! I had taken my car initially to another shop that ultimately tried to upsell me and not honor their warranty, while Lambert's was able to determine the actual issue was not at all what the other shop claimed all in an effort to get out of doing THEIR warranty work! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lambert's, if you value honesty, affordability, and reliability then look no further for your car repairs!
Lamberts is the best shop around! They are honest, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Whenever my family needs a mechanic, there is no question where we will go. The workers are as wonderful as the owner. They are all happy and so willing to help. The office manager, Michelle is awesome!! She’s smart, organized, very personable, and knows exactly what’s going on throughout the shop. Honestly, talking with her is one of the things I look most forward to when I need to go for auto repairs. Once you try Lambert’s you will never go anywhere else!
We have been going to Lambert’s for over 10 years. I’m not sure who Lee is talking about but I believe he has them mixed up with a different Business. We have never had bad service. We have never had anyone be rude. We have been so happy with them that our children go there and our grandchildren take their vehicles there. Really if you want the job done right go to Lamberts.
