Kevin woke up early when i called him with a broken down vehicle in the frigid cold. He got there very quick and was super friendly and accommodating! I would recommend him to anybody!

By far the absolute best towing company for motorcycles! The quoted price was 200 less than most towing company’s, fast service and reliable. My brother’s bike had to get towed this morning and Kevin drove all the way from imperial to eureka this morning to tow his bike. Was extremely friendly on the phone and in person and was quick to load his up bike up and had upfront detailed prices available when he called. Kevin is the best!
Kevin really saved my ass… Free quote over the phone (great price for a tow). Was there within about 30 minutes me of calling, provided excellent customer service (was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly), and got my car hooked up and towed over to the mechanic shop in the fastest time I’ve personally ever experienced with a tow company. Called to speak to someone about assistance with a nighttime tire change on the side of busy, highway with all of my necessary tools(newq spare tire, locking lug nut key, etc ..) minus only a jack, which felt safe to use in this situation, in the car. He literally didn't let me tell him our exact location before saying verbatim "It's a little late for just a tire change, try somewhere else ...**Phone call ends*

Last night I wrecked my car on 55 at Herculaneum… yes, right in the middle of all the construction. Right between two concrete medians. There was barely enough room to pull my car over as close to the median as possibly, so that traffic wouldn’t hit my car.
Everyone is okay. Very small injuries. Very terrifying. We were given little time to get my car towed because of where it was at in the construction. I immediately texted Kevin, who was ready right then and there to come get it. My dad had decided to go another way and get the tow through a friend. So, I told Kevin nevermind. Welp, the other tow fell through. So… I embarrassingly texted Kevin back and basically said “just kidding, we need you!”
Kevin was at my car within 15 minutes of texting him. Not only did he put up with my back and forth ridiculousness, but he came through and fast. Not to mention the incredibly dangerous spot that my car was in, he still knocked it out like a champ.
Side note: The tow that fell through - he told us that he would have to shut down the highway to get my car on the tow truck. **Kevin is so good that he, in fact, did not have to shut down the highway lol. Thanks a lot ton, Kevin! We really appreciated your patience and quickness!
Towfessional Towing has come to my rescue a few times now when my vehicle needs a tow and helped me get a neighbors keys out of a locked car. There's a reason this company is 5 star rated! Not being local, I went with a referral to SNS Towing. SNS said it would be less than an hour so I waited.. AND WAITED some more. After an hour and a half I called and was told it would only be 30 more minutes.. 2.25 hrs later, after 9 p.m., I get a text, not a professional call back, but a text from SNS telling me that their driver decided to go home early, and they couldn't get to me until the following day! I wasn't about to sleep in the vehicle so I tried a late call to Towfessional Towing, which should have been and will now always be my first call for a tow! They showed up in less than 30 minutes. Even late at night they rushed service to me and took care of their business in a very professional manner! I highly recommend the folks from Towfessionals to anyone needing a tow of any size.

Been a AAA member for 17 years and when they told me it would be 2-3 days before I “possibly” got serviced. Gave Kevin a call and he was at my house and had my car on the truck within the hour. Professional and great service will definitely use him again

Kevin picked up my toolbox and cart and transported for me to my new shop. He was extremely professional and took extreme care with my stuff (for those that don't know a mechanics tools are the most important thing they own, as that is how they support their family) he protected all points of contact, and went out of his way to go a safer route to ensure my stuff arrived how it left. Had a tire go flat on my brand new 2023 zx6r and called towfessional towing they not only came and towed my bike but made sure everything was perfectly strapped in so the bike would not tip and made sure the straps would not do any harm to my bike when tightened down truly professional would recommend to anyone needing a tow and will use again if needed
Kevin was super quick to respond. He showed up before the estimated given time. I called Big Boy towing and they were overpriced and the eta was too long. Kevin is friendly and the ride home was comfortable and professional. My car sits very low to the ground and he was able to get it on and off the trailer without bottoming out my car. I will definitely be using Towfessional towing for any future towing and you should as well!
