My mom is 70 years old and was having car issues. She needed a new battery and after getting a jump start she went to Oreilys in House Springs and the people there were beyond helpful. They helped her pick out a battery and even installed it for her! They could of just sold her a battery and went about their day but then going out of their way to help out my 70 year old mom when it’s 20 degrees outside just brings a tear to my eye. This will be my auto parts store for life!

Disappointment doesn't start to explain how I feel. Had good customer service only to find out after asking multiple times that I was sold the wrong color match paint for my car when I worked on it. Bought the paint in late spring hoping to fix some paint issues on my car. Unfortunately because of the rainy start to summer and then the heat I wasn't able to work on it until now. I sanded my car and prepped it after for paint. Painted the first coat stood back and took a look. I WAS SOLD THE WRONG COLOR PAINT!!! It had small flecks of glitter it. My car is glossy black. I asked and asked if they were sure, told absolutely. I gave them all the correct information for my car to make sure I got the correct paint. Now I get to start all over again, spend more time on something that should have been an easy fix. Not to mention all the extra money. I will never trust O'Reilly's again.

The store is well organized and items are easy to find. My interactions with the employees have been great. I've never been ignored and all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. All of the parts and various lubricants I have bought have been good quality and priced well. Best parts store in my local area.

We purchased 2 sets of brakes. The salesman added everything in the computer and we paid the bill. We had to return a set of rotors that were the wrong ones and the saleslady said the first clerk didn't charge us the right price, so she readded everything and we had to pay an additional charge, as we were returning the wrong rotors. Now it wasn't our fault the first salesman charged the wrong price and I don't think it was right to make us pay the difference. He used the computer and made the error, not us. We didn't even know what everything cost, the prices weren't listed anywhere. Not happy with how this matter was handled.

I haven't used O'Reilly's after a bad experience at a different location several years ago. Today I called the O'Reilly's location in House Springs because it is right by my work. I spoke to Jesse about my vehicles batteries and asked if they assist with installing. When I went there to have my batteries tested and of course, they both needed replacement. Jesse helped by assisting me with the task and even went beyond the expected by cleaning my corroded terminal And replacing a missing nut. I have now changed my opinion of the previous experience and will continue to shop at this O'Reilly's location in House Springs, MO and will definitely refer others there as well. :-)

Always very helpful and very pleasant service. I dont mind a brief wait, because they are thoroughly helping customers ahead of me and they take the same courtesy with me. So much better than the competition across the highway.

It's been years since I have walked into an O'Reilly's. I needed my rotors turned and after checking everywhere I finally called and was told that they could do it. I dropped off my rotors because they apparently only have one guy that is capable of running this complicated piece of machinery and he had left for the day. I came back the next day expecting my rotors to be done even though no one had called. Stood in line and finally asked for my rotors. Counter guy panicked because he couldn't find them. Another guy appeared and said they were on the floor in the back. Counter guy goes back and brings back my unturned rotors telling me they were bad. I told him they had been miced out and were fine. He said no they are bad and put them on the counter. I picked them up and left. I drove to AutoZone and purchased new rotors then received a call stating there was a mix up and my rotors could actually be turned. I explained that I had already purchased new rotors at AutoZone. The only mix up there was is that I forgot what a bunch of losers work here and I will never make the mistake of going back there.

Kid behind the counter said turning rotors would take "like yea all day .." Called him on it being typically 30-45 minutes "...yea we'll... Only 9ne guy knows how to do it ... And he's not working today .. ) Wow bud.... Can we get someone that's not a snooty kid that knows nothing about automotives? Shouldn't each manager atleast know how to operate the machines and diagnostics tools there?

I needed to return an item, spark plugs, it was no problem. I did my part by having the receipt and the item was exactly like when I purchased them. My concern was I had purchased them several months earlier. And like I said "no problem ".

Great customer service and always ready to help out. If you can't find it they'll show you where it is and they'll test batteries and tell you what codes it has stored if your check engine light is on

Always friendly and very helpful but today out of all days I could have used 110 percent from the franchise. I've been under the dash of my 06 trailblazer trying fix the stereo for four days. My previous owner of thevehicle put an aftermarket stereo in the thing but something is wrong and I cant figure it out so I came to purchase a new interface but the computers were down and it was like God Itself was punishing me.....Always there but when I needed you themost I was let down. #sighingraymond

They were busy when I first got there. I was there to buy new wipers. Then the young man helped me find and buy the correct wipers for my car. He Also put them on my car, which was a big help. 👍😁

We stopped at the store because our check engine light came on. One of the workers came out and plugged it in and told us the reading. He was very pleasant and even told us the cost of the part but he wasn't pushy.

Very helpful staff. When autozone kept putting me off and having excuses for my part never showing, the staff at O'Reilly's quickly ordered my part and had it the same day. The staff is knowledgeable and the atmosphere is friendly.

I would give them a zero but not an option. I ordered a part and was it would be in at 1:00 pm, it is now 2:45 pm and the delivery truck still not here. Told they don’t have a cell phone number for the driver. I will never buy anything from O’Reiilys! Great customer service.

If you use their website to buy parts, you get charged more money than if you went in the store. WHY? Headlights on line $51, headlights in the store $41. I still have to go to the store to get the part.

This place is terrible. Went there for three parts they didn't have any of parts in store but would have them all by three the same day. Came back at three they only had two of the parts. One of the items was a four pack of spark plugs. Got them home to find out there was only three in the box. Called back they said come in at eight the next day and they would have it. Went in at eight no spark plug but would call me at three when they got it in. Seven pm and no one has called. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!!!!!!

They carry parts that are not readily looked for. But those are the ones I am always looking for due to driving custom vehicles. I would suggest trying here before some other places if you drive more customs than not.
