Very professional, Steve went above and beyond, he pulled my truck out and made sure I was able to get up to the main road. My trucks 4x4 quit working so I needed help getting to the main road. Definitely knows what he is doing, I’d definitely call them again.

Fast, easy and affordable. A+ hopefully i never have to call a tow truck again, but if I do I will be calling them!

Highly recommend they are very reasonable they towed my 1938 cadillac all the way to Springfield.

The driver was very prompt and courtious. What could have been a tow actually was just a dead battery saving me several hundred dollars. I thank him for being a quick calm thinker as i was a nervous wreck and didnt even think of the battery being the issue.

I needed 2 shipping containers moved over 20 ' feet but it was a little tricky because of a big electrical box but this guy was good and had few tricks of his own and got them in there perfectly. I was real happy how it turned out.

They arrived within 20 minutes of being called when my roadside assistance tow company was 60-90 minutes away from getting to me. My tower was extremely helpful and made sure I was taken care of at the dealership before he headed out . What started as a very frustrating experience with my vehicle was lined with silver from his great service.

I went with Ives towing because they were one of very few with flat bed tow trucks that could go low enough to pick up my car without scraping the bottom. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable. Payment was made easy with on the spot payment options. If I ever need a low bed tow truck again, I will call Ives.

Mostly great service. My only complaint was some billing confusion: I paid promptly on the day of the towing to the dealership for service. The dealership then tried to charge me again for that same towing, saying that the towing company tried to charge them even though they had already been paid by me. Luckily I had records on hand of my payment, so the dealership dropped the charge.

Nick arrived much sooner than expected! Very happy about that! He was super friendly, and took very good care putting my car onto the flatbed. We bantered back and forth for a minute, and that’s when he told me something that really impressed me. His flatbed tow truck just returned from Tennessee after delivering pallets and pallets of bottled water to storm victims. What a generous company. I will definitely use Ives Towing the next time I need a tow. Thank you Ives and especially Nick for doing a great job.
