My windshield wiper ripped from the ice accumulating on my windshield on this 3 degree snowy day. My husband told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts because they helped him in the past. A gentleman named Scott had just finished helping another customer in the freezing cold and he went back out to put the new windshield wiper blades on my vehicle. Now that's customer service. Got a flat tire on a Sunday; Labor Day the next day so no tire shop was open. The tire was beyond patching and neither my son or I knew how to replace it with spare. The folks at O’Reilly’s in High Ridge, MO have gone over and above with assisting me with questions and issues in the past. Ergo, they were the first I thought of for suggestions on what to do/where we could get the spare put on.
Their employee John came to the rescue! He volunteered to not only help get the spare on but taught both my son and I how to do it (it wasn’t the easiest because the jack that was supplied with the car when I bought it was pretty much trash).
He also referred us to a reputable tire shop to go to Tuesday rather than me having to go to a big chain shop which I’ve had bad customer service with before.
All this at no cost/tip! Thank you, John!
Beat auto parts store in town! Always friendly staff, randy helped me out big time before I went and got my avenger looked at at the shop. Saved me hundreds of dollars!
They need to update their website side we where looking Volkswagen mirror when I check on there website it’s available on stock but after we reach the only the glass but on web it shows all mirror , the reason I’m giving 2 stars the guy how’s at the desk is so nice and helpful.
Awesome customer service. I went in looking for new windshield wipers and a battery for my key fob. Staff was eager to help since I know very little about cars. I do not remember the names of the two gentleman that helped, but there was zero hesitation from either of them to lend a hand. Great job!
They went above & beyond to help me today!! So nice & knowledgeable. He (the manager) put in a new battery for me in this extreme heat, all while refusing a tip. They will definitely be getting my business again!!

My check engine light came on and they were very helpful, hooked up the keep and let me know what the code meant.
Last time I was there I purchased two cans of blinker fluid, 55 gallon drum of screw driver grease, Flux capacitor, and small pack of left handed and right handed screw driver/ratchet set. Couldn't have been happier. Great selection.

Hayden is the bomb!!!!! Quick service fast delivery on parts and always have what I need or get it very quickly have gone over and beyond to get me what I need several times will never go anywhere else for my parts.
Only my first experience at this location, but had parts I needed in stock. The Staff was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly even while juggling many customers and phone calls.
Poor store brought a battery went bad 3 tumes they refused to replace knowing they had bad batteries on shelf. Slow service
