Same as AutoZone. Priced right is the job is small. But if you're planning something major best to order it unless you just got money laying around burning a hole in your pocket.

The team at the festus store have consistently helped me with solving question about my car. They have pointed me the correct direction more times than I can count. They are knowledgeable and willing to listen and then help me get the job finished. I recommend the store as a first stop for anyone in Jefferson county needing parts and advice

The people here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Today I was doing errands for my mother and had her car, battery died and she doesn't keep tools in her car. I went too get a battery and asked if I could use thier tools to install the battery. Jordan was kind enough to just swap out the battery for me, I couldn't be happier with the service and am very grateful to Jordan aswell.

Originally I called to see if they had a part in stock, but was placed on hold for a long period. Decided to just go in person. Upon pulling up there was an employee with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth trying to assist a customer outside. This left a poor taste in my mouth and screamed unprofessional. They had the item I needed in stock and it was comparable in price to O'Reillys. Decided to take my business there as I find them to be more professional over all.

My husband and I needed some fuses and relays for a GMC Envoy of ours… we went in on Sunday and Monday evening- both times Austin was absolutely AMAZING! So knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He went the extra mile and helped explained what we needed and why and went out of his way to ensure we were getting the right parts for our needs. He’s the best!

Have bought over almost a $1,000 worth of stuff so far and not a problem with anything and if I did they had no problem at all fixing it this is the only place that I'll ever spend money people there are p,olite and very respectful

Spouse went in 7/27/24 to buy some parts; Workers were all younger kids, vaping inside the store and dropping F bombs in every other sentence. Waited 15 minutes at the counter to check out before anyone even noticed - they were too busy socializing and cussing like crazy.

Came in for a mystery bold for my wheel and Samantha, who was Freakin Awesome btw, helped me figure it out pronto!! (For super cheap too) Better service and support than the others for sure!!

Usually the employees are very helpful and I did get a young man who came out and found my fuses box but fuses were very limited for my car.

Came here before Christmas looking to buy a toolset to change my battery. Associate took me to an aisle where I picked out a 40$ set. We came back up to the register where the Associate scanned the item and it came back too 70$. I asked if I was going to be able to get it for the original quoted price in the aisle and was told "We cant do that we are short staffed for the last six months and most of the items here dont have the right price on the shelf. There is nothing we can do". This is in my opinion the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is not the customers fault the wrong price was in the aisle and to not even give a little bit of wiggle room is just absurd. The one time I give Advanced Auto Parts a try and I get shafted. I'll keep my business at O'Reilly Auto Parts. At least the price on the shelf will be honored regardless of what it scans up to be.

Are fob to our 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Was flashing saying low battery. We were not sure if it had to be reprogrammed or if we could just change the battery. The young man working at Advance Auto did the research and replaced our battery. It's very kind and courtesy to get that kind of help. When you're a senior citizen and you're far away from home. And you found someone to help you to help relieve the anxiety afraid your car was going to break down because of the battery in the fob. Thank You for Your Excellence customer service

I went there Dec 1, 2022 and I was not to pleased with this store. There was only one guy I think his name was Nick and all he really wanted to do was answer the phone instead of helping the inside store customers who was waiting. Then he didn’t even know how to put in my speed perks so I didn’t even get points for my purchase. You could hear a couple people in the back laughing and have a grand time instead of helping. Disappointed. Atleast o’Reillys acknowledges people and says they will be right with you.

Worst place if you’ll call them on the phone, always put you on hold and forget about you’re waiting on them. 15 minutes waiting time and no one answers, call several times after, they’re not greeting customers immediately put you on hold…. Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service..

This is the first place I go for parts every time! The staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with, especially Dale, Mike and Cody. The speed perks reward program they have will save you money too. If you need something for your vehicle I recommend stopping by here first!

This is my favorite auto parts store around town. These staff members are the most knowledgeable and friendly around. I enjoy coming here because they always help me find what I need and help me diagnose my problem with my car. They have their customers in their best interest.

I know more than the people behind the counter. My last experience consisted of getting a battery for my wife's car. I asked the kid to test my battery, so he improperly hooked up the tool and said yeah your battery is bad. I said what did the machine read? He said 10.9 Volts and 0 Cold cranking amps. I said then how did it start up if there are no cold cranking amps. Then he said it's probably because he improperly hooked up the machine. I already knew the battery was bad, so I decided to buy a new one. The kid and the old man behind the counter both say they remove and install batteries for free. So I'm expecting them to do just that because I brought no tools. They told me that it would take about an hour to replace the battery due to it being pushed up under the windshield and that they can not do it. At this point, I'm just like give me what junk tools you have and I will do. 5 minutes later, I'm bringing in the old battery and the borrowed tools. It was simple. They need smarter and better workers before I give this place more than 2 stars.

Absolutely the worst parts store we have delt with in years. One brake job on a Grand Cherokee equals 5 trips back and forth to the store. I have a pile of return receipts to prove this. Took some parts back today to return for core charge and decided to buy a four wheeler battery. It's dead and will not take a charge. I sent one of my employees over to exchange it and they refused. They said the battery needed to charged on a special trickle charger. Unless you live very close to this store and don't mind making repeated trips to the store I suggest you go elsewhere.

Horrible experience last two times, with same young kid working the counter. He could have been new but every question resulted in a puzzling look and uhhh. He had no pen to write down the part number when he finally found it in the computer and guess what....drove all the way home and it was the wrong drain plug. Had to come all the way back to exchange, he still had no clue what i was talking about when i asked if they had an "oversized" had to tell him to go ask Clint. I guess Clint told him where they were because he miraculously found one. Why are the people that have knowledge and have been working parts for years in the back and they put this clueless, no customer service or communication skills kid to work the counter. Very frustrating!!

Always just one person behind counter. Clearly hear ppl in back talking and still no help. Aug 24. Return tool rental. My turn at register. I step up and clint walks away to help James who can find a stock shelf part for a women who came I after me. Clint continued to look and James helped the 2nd person who came in after me. Then help a 3rd before clint came ba k to return my tool rental. Never again.. this store is by far the worst parts store in the county.

I moved to this area recently. Use to go to the one off jeffco and richardson which is a great place. Nice staff. So i was a bit trepidatious going to my new closest store. They exceeded my expectations. Very nice. Fast service. They just ordered a pair of jack stands from another store for me. Happy customer.

Old man that works there with white hair and moustache is rude, condescending, and acts like it's bothersome to help or even talk to customers, especially women. I took up 5 minutes of his time and spent $140 and he was rolling his eyes at me and answering me with one word answers. Customer service is terrible.

My personal favorite auto parts store in the area. The staff has always been very friendly. Their prices are always fair and usually cheaper (use coupons). Nice location that is well stocked.

Fast, friendly service. I always buy my car batteries here, and they do the install right in the parking lot. Prices are average for a chain auto parts store.
